This is one hell of an insane challenge so be warned.

A Power Rangers/Yu Yu Hakusho fic, since I've never seen it done with a few limitations though:

1. Has to have something to do with Karone(from PRIS and PRLG) and Ryan(from PRLSR) having some kind of past connection with the demons in Demon World of YYH.

2. Has to take place after Dino Thunder but before SPD.

3. Has include the 3 kings in YYH except for Raizen since he's dead, so it would have to include Yomi and Mukuro and also include Hiei, Yusuke, Kurama, Kuwabara, Shizuru, Kirin(mentioned in the 3 Kings Saga of YYH).

4. Also, Sniper from YYH(appeared in the Chapter Black saga) would be the guy that Kim left Tommy for, and all 3 of them including Jason, Andros, Zhane, Ashley, and Dana have to be in the story.

5. No OC's and pairings as follows: from YYH-Hiei/Mukuro, Yusuke/Keiko, Kurama/Shizuru or Kirin/Shizuru, from PR-Kim/Sniper but later Kim/Tommy, Andros/Ashley, Zhane/Karone

I challenge anyone out there to write a story based in late Zeo or early Turbo in which Tommy's love life is not mentioned at all, yet he is the focus of the story. He cannot be mentioned as dating *anyone*, Kim, Kat, Jason, Billy, Tanya, Goldar, Scorpina, Rita, Zedd, Zordon, anyone. Period. THe fact he has ever dated anyone cannot be mentioned. For the purposes of *one story*, Tommy does not *have* a love life.

I'm sure he'd enjoy the break.

Other restrictions: plot, not just him sitting around having a soda. An in-depth plot that has the villains (and which villains are involved are entirely up to you. Machine Empire, Rita & Zedd, random people, I'm not that particular). A happy ending of some kind is preferred. Preferred genres are drama and/or action/adventure. The full Ranger team participating would be wonderful. All the other rules of intelligent fanfic writing (in character, no bashing, you know the drill) apply.

Please have it be *long*. At least twenty thousand words, and if you want to go longer, be my guest. Chaptering it is no problem.

So, anyone out there think they can do it?

I've got a challenge. A fic explaining how Bulk got back from Terra Venture to meet up with Skull again and open Bulkmeirs(or however its spelt) between the end of lost galaxy and forever red. But no slash.

Here's a challenge for those who are up to it.

Title: (Your Choice)

Summary: One day, the ranger team (your choice) wakes up to find themselves in a whole different dimension. Things are not as they seem, and life is full of lies and decite. I'll let you go from there.

Rating: K+ or T

Length: At least a few thousand words and a few chapters.

Villains and battles? Yes

One other thing...I know I specified no Tommy romance, but if you could manage to have that to be no romance period, for anyone...that would be ever so nice. The Rangers get enough hugs, kisses, and everything else in every other fanfic. They could use the downtime to actually, you know...be *Rangers*.

Name of Challenge: Ranger Boot Camp

Actual Title: (Your Choice)

Era: Technically Zeo, see premise for more info.

Premise: The Zeo rangers have defeated the Machine Empire (how is your decision)and now they are normal teenagers once more. A planet that was ravished by the Machine Empire sends Zordon a set of powers as a thank you. The powers prompt Zordon to recruit a team of former rangers to train and become a group of elite rangers, ready for when the next attempt at taking earth comes. The training must be very intense (hence the name of the challenge)

Ranger Requirements: Two members of the recruited team must be Kim and Tommy. The other members are your choice but there should be no more than five total.

Other characters: Whoever you should chose that has appeared.

Villans: (Your choice, can be original if you so choose)

Pairings: (Your Choice)

Length: No specific word count but it should be a chapter fic.

Other: Should take place after the infamous letter.

That's it. PM me if you post a story in response to it. I want to make sure I don't miss it.

I have another challenge...

I'd like to see someone write a long (over fifty thousand words) plot-based fanfic that includes Kat and Tommy dating, and Kim in a prominent position in the story. Kim really did fall in love with someone else in Florida and she really did send the letter. Whether she still is in love with that person is optional. But when she sent it, she meant it. No one feels as if Kat "stole" Tommy, no one "hates" Kim for sending the letter. It can be based in Turbo or late Zeo, or after they've all given up their powers and moved on, I'm not very particular.

Kim, Kat, and Tommy (and all the other Rangers) should be portrayed as exactly what they are: friends. Please do not have the plot being that Kim's ex-boyfriend in Florida wants her back/abused her/insert popular cliche here.

Anyone out there game enough to try?

Well, Huch, I'm actually writing one right now about something along the lines of that. It's in the Zeo era and it's called Budding, but Kim is nowhere near where I'm at actually.

Here is my challenge. Takes place about ten years after MMPR. Actually it's more of an outline, but I do not intend to write it any time soon.

Tommy and Kim (in different countries) receive letters from Billy to come urgently. After arriving, they are teleported into a new chamber, where they are met by Billy, one of the Alphas, Ninjor, and Zordon (optional, if you can find a way for him to return). They explain that a new evil comes (Note, it could be a son of Zedd and Rita, if you can find a way for him to be old enough to be a threat). It is up to Tommy and Kim to stop it (that's right, only two rangers). And they barely tolerate each other. Yet they are the only ones who can hold it, for "certain reasons".

Ninjor has found two vessels of ancient power beyond anything before. Long ago two Zords were created to serve those with the power. Now, weakened, rebuilt, they are known as Tor and Titanus.

Tommy and Kimberly receive the power, but are surprised to find their armor plain gray.

Ninjor explains, that the colors will emerge as they come closer to unlocking the power fully (I believe you can guess what the key to the power is). If they can't do it in time, the universe is doomed.

You lot are doing really well! Thanks to JuseaPeterson for posting the first challenge. Please check it out!

I have some new challenges up my sleeve...

1. A decent length one shot, based around the plotline of Romeo and Juliet. You can use any team and couple you like, but please keep to Shakespeare's plot.

2. A chaptered story, with each chapter explaining a probable sequel to each team. For example, you could do Ninja Storm a year later, what they've been up to, etc. Please have them in chronological order and include every member of the team, even if you aren't too keen on them!

Ok, yes I have a challenge. Hope it is interesting.

It is set after SPD is over. Grumm isn't destroyed and actually is teamed up with another evil villian of your chioce (preferably Ransik, pretty please!).

You MUST use ONLY the remaining B-Squad. None of that Jack came back to SPD or was called to help or anything. Only Sky, Bridge, Z, and Syd, and the rangers of the team you chose.

Jack may still be important to the story, romance wise. But, he may not become a ranger again.

There is to be NO added new ranger. You may or may not use Cruger. NO Sam, he's gone.

For romances, that is entierly your choice, as long as Cruger isn't with a ranger, please. To make it interesting, you can have the old and new mixed.

It can be set one to five years afterward.

Post the link here, please, don't PM me.

Try to make it about 40,000 or more words and a chaptered story.

Have fun with it, of course!

Challange songfic "unfaithful"by rihanna i would really like maya and mike, ideas maya can be going out with kai and mike had been going out with someone else but when they break up he wants maya. Maya loves him but says she can't do that to kai.i would really like it if some way mike and maya ended up togther. other song "hardest thing" by 98*degrees, "listen to your hear" by dht if anyone can come up with a story that goes with a country song that would be great try"must be doing something right" by billy currington. Also spanish speakers see if y'all could right any based on the one of rbd. I would like these to be towards mike and maya.

i challenge someone to write a really good jason/kat fanfic. i realize nobody wants to see them together because they weren't together but hey this is fanfiction. title can be your choice and so can rating and any other couples. no character deaths and no fighting with other couples( i.e kat vs. kim).

must be 2-3 chapters and the deadline is sept 30th.

I also give a song-fic like challenge. Here are the guidelines:

-You must use at least one pop, one rock, and one contry song.

-The songfics must work in a flowing order.

-Don't post the lyrics (since that's not allowed).

-It must be at least five chapters.

-It must focus on a couple of your choice, and include as few other characters as possible.

-The songs must focus on their relationship.

-You can change the coupling, as long as it flows (for example, you can start with Tommy/Kim, do the break up, and then get into Tommy/Kat. You don't have to use those couplings, it's just the first thing I can think of).

-That's about it. Please post the link here, if you would.

-Oh! And title is your choice.

My challenge/request is pretty laid back: Time Force, as great as a season as it was, left a lot things open to speculation-- especially the lives of the characters before the series. So, I want you guys to... well, speculate.

1) Any character, as long as he/she appeared in Time Force. You can write about how Katie dealt with having super strength as a kid, why Trip decided to leave Xybria and join Time Force, what happened to Wes's mom, how Ransik wound up with Nadira-- anything along these lines (and if you want to use anything I listed here, please feel free). The idea of this challenge is to fill in the gaps the show left open.

2) Any pairing/genre is allowed (although I've found that gen is usually the best way to write a fic along these lines).

3) Preferably, the story should be 500 words or longer (so the topic can be adequately covered), but there is no required word count. If you feel your story works better with 350 words instead of 1,350, don't worry.

4) Common sense rule: no character/pairing bashing, nothing higher than a M rating, please run it through a spell check-- basically, everything ff.net asks you to before you post anything.

5) Have fun!

I challenge anyone and everyone to write a fanfic where Tommy goes to Florida after he gets the Letter...and everything Kim said is absolutely factual. She was not under a spell, no one else BUT her wrote it, she has fallen for a very nice young man there who is not abusing her, who is not a replacement for Tommy, and who is not any kind of villainous plot in disguise nor is he a former Ranger. She cares about Tommy as a friend and that is it.

If you write it, please note in the summary that it's for the challenge, so I won't skip over it.

Ummm...question: We've got the beginning settled, but...where's the story? There's gotta be some conflict, a climax if you will, I'm sure the ending is up to whom writes it, but there's gotta be more than a trip to this.

Well, if you insist...

Let's see...perhaps some villain could attack while Tommy's down there, blocking teleportation somehow so the Rangers have to fight without Tommy or Tommy has to fight on his own, and can't even get his Zord. All he's got to work with are the people there at the gymnastics compound.

Or while he's there, Kim has another accident, and whatever evolves from that (provided it's not a reunion, as that's kind of the point of the whole thing) happens. Perhaps she has to leave, the injury was just that bad.

On that vein, perhaps Tommy himself gets hurt while he's down there, and Kim takes a leave of absence to get him home and takes on the Red Zeo powers herself, feeling guilty because it's "her fault", since it was her letter that brought him down there to where he was hurt.

So do I. There could be many opportunities for friendship bonding (especially between Kat and Kim).

I'm almost tempted to try to write it myself and possibly include Billy in on things somehow. Just how, I don't know yet, if I do. I probably won't, simply because I'm getting so very tired of Kim and Tommy even being in the same room together, dating or not.

i have an spd story idea. either a sky/bridge story or just bridge. but it has to be centered around bridge angst, either he's used as bait for revenge against sky. or he's alone and then has to go up against a monster by himself and gets beat up bad. thanks!
