On one hand, there's a Bentley. Classy, comfortable, beautiful. It's a little expensive and it's got some miles on it but it's wonderfully reliable if she maintains it properly. Even used, the Bentley would be a great status symbol. Well worth the price and the more intense maintenance required. However, the Bentley isn't made for speed or long distance travel. It's strictly a town and city car.

On the other hand, there's a Mustang. Classic, tricked out, also beautiful. It's a little less expensive and it's got fewer miles on it, but it's not as reliable even with more maintenance. The Mustang would be the perfect car to travel with. It's fast and it gets pretty good gas mileage. However, the Mustang is temperamental and it'll give trouble if it gets irritated. She might have to jiggle the key in the lock to get the door open, but once she's inside, it purrs like a kitten.

Both are fabulous in their own way. Really it just depends on what Kate's looking for. Ultimately, she chose the Mustang. But that doesn't mean she's not a little jealous when she sees someone else driving the Bentley.

Please note that I know very little about cars. This was just a metaphor.

My mom was really mad about the Jacket kiss. She's really in love with Foxy and Jack and she loves Jate, which is really awesome for me, although it's kind of weird to squee with her about Foxy. He's more her age anyways but I try not to think about that. lol!

And I like your metaphor spotpc. But someday the Mustang might break down and might not be good enough for Kate anymore and she'll realize that the Bentley was the more reliable choice all along.

I had to go in after school to take a test and there was this other chick there. I had to wait so I started to draw lost sences on the white board Jack mostly....I made him wear a tie...anyways this girl notices and we start going off how we love Jack and Lost. My teacher walks in with both of us screaming and he looks at us and then walks out....it was pretty funny.

Same here Panda. I hate Skate and Jacket with a burning passion! Although I will start some of my fics Jacket or Skate in the beginning...but then more on to complete and total Jateness! And that includes Jabies too!

I've tried to write a Jate story, I just never put it up because my serious stuff is so corny. I even did a action thing a year ago...well almost a year....it suck LOL don't think I'm bumbed about it though! I love the stuff I write and I'm totally happy with it!

I haven't let myself question it for a while now. This season has been tough though. I mean Kate did choose Sawyer first, but I've realized that Skate doesn't give me that fuzzy feeling that Jate does. I love Sawyer and I want him to be happy though. I want him to find Cassidy. That's what I want for him.

That warm fuzzy feeling? xD Yeah, same here. Jate is all fluffy abd fuzzy while Skate is just...bleh. Sorry spotpc. but I think Skate is just bleh. 'Cause even though Sawyer said he loved Kate, he was like, unconcious. I think Sawyer only likes her because he wants to get in her pants (which he's done three times!) But Jack truly cares for her and just wants the best for her. In my opinion if Kate and Sawyer stay together when they get off the island Sawyer will just make Kate run and con. And I think Kate really wants to stop running. Jack would completely support here and help her to stop running. That's why Jack and Kate should be together...at least that's my opinion. And I've told my family taht and they are just like, "Well, she is better with Sawyer!" But they don't ship as much as I do. So...yeah.

As for the whole Jate or Skate thing... they really both have issues. Kate is kinda using Sawyer at this point (which isn't cool!! *pouts*) and Jack and Kate have too much going on in the past that Jack doesn't want to seem to let go of (though my dad happened to point out that there's no way that Jack and Kate should be so in love. They've only known each other for a few months really. He likes to kill the moment.)

I just wish that Jack and Kate could be less stupid at times. xD

I get to go see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix today. I'm excited. But I know the movie won't be as good as the book. OH MY GOD! A week until the seventh book comes out! xD I loooove Harry Potter. I used to be like, mega-obsessed with it when I was like 10. And I'm still obsessed with it. But I'm not as obsessed with HArry Potter as I am with our lovely LOST.

Yeah the commercial is some kind of face care thing. It comes in like three different languages. Basically Foxy says, I work hard and I take care of my skin blah blah blah and then at the end he says "You're worth it." It's kind of cute.. It's on youtube if you want to look it up.
