Topic: Challenge

Okay, to kickstart my new forum, I've come up with a challenge for a story. Please note that I'll never issue a challenge I won't attempt myself, even though it may be a while with school. For all challenges, there's no time limit to start.

The challenge: Derek finds out something about Casey. This can be anything from a big, dark secret to Derek just seeing another side of Casey (i.e. wild and crazy instead of organized and structured). Happy writing.

Nice. I didn't even know there WAS a forum for this show! Tell me, have you done a ticket? I would, but I don't have a story for Life With Derek yet. BUT If I have the time, I will respond to this challenge.

okay, i think it should be casey finds something out about derek, because he is portrayed as mean and annoying. something to wow the reader as well as the charachter finding out the secret.

i havent read ANY life with derek fics. literally. in fact, after i submit this reply, i think ill go read some. is it just me, or do casey and derek seem perfect for each other??

I have a challenge for everyone:

Write a LWD fanfiction that is in the point of view of one of the adults. Can be any of the adults that are known by name: George, Nora, Paul, Mr. or Mrs. Davis (Emily's parents). Any of which would do. You could even make up first names for the Davis' if you wanted to.

Ah, yes, of course. I knew I was forgetting someone. I kept trying to think of any other possible adults that we actually know there name and I forgot about Abby but remembered her later when I started working on my latest fic because I used her in it for a brief moment -- only mentioned a few times, but I didn't think to remember that I had forgotten her in the list for the challenge.

I am taking on my own challenge by the way. Doing a George point of view fiction.

I'm waiting for inspiration to strike on my Paul fic, but I'll probably answer the challenge at some point. Although it would only partially be from Paul's POV, hope that works.

I've been thinking about writting a fic about Casey & derek in 15 yrs. whre they are married with Kids (some sooner than youd think by diffrent people other than who they are married IE each other and derek dosen't know)

It has been awhile since I have updated, but it is not for a lack of interest more like an increase of things to do. I am currently working on quite a few of my websites (one of them being a collaboration project with two other LwD fans to make a LwD fansite, which is the biggest project that I am currently working on; aside from my Personal/Designs site). I'll be getting back to Things Can Only Get Better as soon as I possibly can. So keep a look out for the next chapter to appear by September, or at the latest - anytime in the next 3 months.

I know it's been a while since this was started, but I wrote a story for the first challenge, where Derek finds out something unexpected about Casey. It's on my profile page, it's called "It's Just A Jump To The Left."
