Topic: Rules and Regulations
Ok people, first and formorst, there WILL be a set policy to what you can do. Not that there are any actualy limitations or whatnot, but the rules and regulations are important so that we DON'T get off track and basically end up getting NO WHERE.

.

.

::Rules & Regulation::

1. Each game for this thread must be under a NEW topic, it must ALSO always begin with the word. "GAME: (then the title of the game here)" this way everyone knows that this topic is a game and what-not.

Ex: "GAME: Fall of Asherron" This way we can see its a game and the title of said game, simple but effective.

2. For the PCs that participate in EACH game thread, they MUST put down their character's stats in a seperate topic.

Ex: "PCs: Fall of Asherron"

3. For general discusion to each topic that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the game, but may otherwise want to discuss plans or formulate the plot more between the players and DM "must" be sperate from the GAME thread.

Ex: "OOC: Fall of Asherron"

4. Any making of plans to formulate ANY games, which include the induction of PCs by the DM's discretion, plot, outline, roles, and so forth and basically adding your two cents in will be done sperately.

Ex: "IDEA: (becoming gods adventure, beoming evil warlords adventure, saving the kindom adventure, ect, ect, ect)"

5. An open Chat Room will be the place where everyone can mix, talk, what-not

6. Gameplay will be changed up somewhat as compaired to NORMAL DnD gaming. The PCs will have a more active role if they so wish. For Each game, the DM will set all rules and limitations. He/She will have last say on all events, treasure found/taken/stolen, what PCs may start out with, who will die or be severialy damaged after each encounter, and more or less the single entity that plays with their fates and destinies. For instance, at the begining of each encounter the DM may say how many enemies eachc haracter is allowed to kill, maybe by basing it on who guesses the number closest to the DM's between 1 and 20. That is for the DM left up to deside. AFTER every encounter the DM will take FULL control f every PC and will thus give out what he/she wants to WHOM he/she wants to. This is nogotiable, but the DM has the final say over treasure of any sort. He will also then deal out any experiance and say who gets to advance a Lv.

7. PCs will have a more active role in that if they so choose they can take control of their characters during battle situations and make themselves as "cool" as they so wish. Not that you'll always GET to kill everything. The DM will there by say how many of or IF you are allowed to kill opponents within each encounter. Outside of battle like in towns for instance, if a PC wishes to assassinate somone they must discuss it with the DM first to see if its alright, reason why, how, and to what gain.

8. DM's may "not" enter thier own characters into the game, I find that to many abuse this to make "god-like" characters.

9. Becuase this will obviously progress at a much slower pace but relitively constant, Players will be allowed Two to Three characters of their own, depending on weather or not the DM permits them to, and weather they can handle multiple PCs.

10. For the sake of creativity I would advise the DMs to tell the PCs WHAT to expect in the game, maybe even completely explain what will happen, or better yet plan it out with them so that the GAME/Story goes smoothly. Creativity is key, and the DMs should know that if the PCs want their chracters to eventually become gods themselves they should be allowed to. Though they should understand that becoming one WON'T be easy AT ALL.

Final notes: If they should be anything added or changed to these rues send them to me via "Send Message", if they are any consiquence I'll change/add them to the list here.
