Topic: View of the Future and Crossing Worlds
Well, I am glad that some people had started to review my fics.... but I am a bit confused. What is the Mary Sue Litmus test. And let me clarify something with all of you. Martin, my character does not have god like powers, but merely a prodigy, just like Negi Springfield is, but is still weaker than NAGI Springfield. I also made some adjustments so that his power levels is on par with a regular Lightning and Wind Rune, so I hope it helps.

As for View of The Future, my plans is to bring Lazlo and co, early in the game, before Lym and the Prince go to the East Palace and to Lunas.

Well, basically it's a test to determine to what degree your protagonist is a so-called "Mary Sue" character. It's explained and referenced here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Sue#Litmus_tests

I don't like catch phrases like "Mary Sue," but in general terms, a lot of readers are turned off of reading if they feel that a character (especially an original character introduced into an already existing story) takes up too much space and ends up overshadowing the established characters in the story. (I haven't read your story yet, so I'm just speaking in general terms.)

Don't worry about it too much, though. In the end, writing should be fun, so if you disagree, just keep writing.

I hope that helps clarify your question. :p
