Hey~ My friend and I made an RP site not too long ago, but we only have three people so far. :/ The only characters taken at the moment are Light, L, and Matt, and we each have extras but those are just temp. so if you want any of the taken ones, go ahead~ Anyways, rules are right there, cause there pretty much has to be rules for everything, and if you have any questions on anything else, send me a PM here or email or whatever. ^^ By the way, there in fact is yaoi (;D), but of course it doesn't have to be about it aaaall the time.
