Hmmm... Let's see, I have quite a few that I like. Well, here's brief list to get this forum started:

Those are some to start. Another thing to add to get this thing rolling is my favorite character for each of these:(note: name/name means multiple fave characters)

YAY! A response. Dude, I totally love Disgeae and .hack. Let's see, Laharl was an absolute favorite and frankly I adored Kite/Mistral in .hack. Unfortunately I have only played the first part of the four part series.

I am looking forward to the game Disgeae 2. Etna is there but I really wanted to see Laharl... Oh well, we can' get all our wishes. Thanks for repling!!!

I think in FFVII my favorite character would have to be either Vincent or Sephiroth. Kind of hard to decide...

Well, I haven't played Star Ocean 3... I played Star Ocean: The Second Story though... That battle system hurts...

In Xenosaga I loved Jin, he reminded me a bit of Citan(I love him) from Xenogears(AWESOME GAME!!!!). choas was great and I enjoyed the connection between Ziggy and MOMO. AH, good times...

Final Fantasy VII is SO awesome!

Tales of Symphonia is great too.

And my favourite of all: Paper Mario: TTYD! Mya ha ha.

I even like the Pokémon RPG series! So God damn addictive.

Characters:

ToS - Colette

TTYD - Goombella

RPGs are just the greatest thing since sliced computer chips.

Life Returns

Tales of Symphonia owns everything else. Even FFVII. All must bow to Kratos. Even Sephiroth. Plus the battle system is only about a million times better. I hate turn-based battle systems except for stuff like Fire Emblem which is technically a strategy game, but it has RPG elements...quite frequently. So yes. Tales of Symphonia is my favorite game ever and that may change when I finally play Tales of the Abyss but for now all must bow to Kratos and company. Or else he will own you...and you don't want to be owned by Kratos, oh no you don't, because he will either Grave or Judgment you to death. Or maybe he will just sword you to death, it all depends on whether or not he has had his coffee.

Although Kingdom Hearts comes quite close to Tales of Symphonia's awesomeness. Still, it doesn't just because your party members are complete losers except for Auron XD

By having Auron in the game, it will be considered Badass. If Auron is a playable character, it is almost a hands down winner. (pending on what game series were talking about)
