Today I was watching the Bowling episode, and I noticed that when the competition first starts, M & E are sitting next to each other at the little table. Then, after Gretl drags E away, and then he comes back when Arwin shows up, who does he go to stand by? That's right, it's Maddie. Also, at the end when they gather around Arwin, M & E stand next to each other again. This, in addition to that "hanging on the arm" scene make for a pretty good ME episode, I'd say!

What I thought was kind of funny in this episode was the parallel effect between the two hotels. Like how at the St. Marks the heir(ess) is a guy and the manager is a woman who is mean and stuff. Anyways, I just thought it was funny how at the Tipton, the candy counter girl aka Maddie is never upfront about her feelings for Esteban. But the St. Marks candy counter girl is more than upfront about her attraction to Esteban. Is it just a coincidence or are the writers trying to tell us something. M/E forshadowing. :P

Oh, and yesterday I saw a new commercial for the rest of Season 3, and there was a clip of a couple people hugging Maddie at the same time, and although it looked like one of the twins was in between M & E, Esteban seemed to be leaning over towards Maddie as far as he could, and smiling kind of dreamily. I can't wait to see that episode!

Oh, and I had the strangest dream last night...it was the Arwenstien episode, but Maddie was in there. I don't quite remember how it happened, but Esteban and Maddie began to fight, but then when the robot is on his rampage, Maddie just leans up and pecks Esteban on the lips and goes to help subdue the monster, then the details are fuzzy after that. What I remember next is a parody of the movie Miss Congeniality: Maddie begins to tease Esteban and then he wheels around and kisses her!

I have no idea how that dream got started...

Here are some more moments I've found:

In The Ghost in Suite 613

-When Arwin comes in with his "ghost sensor", and he goes "Just as I thought, I forgot to plug it in," Esteban & Maddie turn to give each other with these irritated looks, and they kinda just ignore London, who is standing in between them.

-After Arwin goes "There are 20 scary abnormalities in this room," and then the machine starts pulling him around, E & M move toward each other for safety/protection

-When E says "I know how to contact the spirit world, shall we begin?" he turns to smile exclusively at Maddie.

Also, look at this pic from the Christmas episode. E could have stood by anyone, but as he so often does, he chose to stand right behind Maddie. And again, it's a scene that has to do with a kid or baby, furthering the "family" motif we've seen in a lot of their scenes together.

anyway, i wonder what happened to the interest in M/E. Everyday I look in the Suite life fanfics section and almost every romance fic I see is Zaddie! GRRRRRRR!!!!! I HATE ZADDIE 2 THE DEATH!

-"Esteban! Hug! Here! Now!"

Whoo, she really wanted him over there! I mean, I know it was because she was cold, but she just sounded so insistent. She wasn't that demanding with Arwin or Cody, so maybe she wanted Esteban for additional reasons than just to get warmed up. And Esteban was immediately like "OK," and ran right over to her.

-When Maddie was talking to the old lady, everyone in the huddle was looking at the woman, but Esteban had his eyes closed and was smiling all happily, like he was really enjoying that hug. And his and Maddie's heads were pretty much touching, even in spite of Zack being in between them.

-Patrick told Maddie to take "the turkey" with her back to the frozen tundra. Esteban said "Dudley is a chicken," and Patrick goes "I wasn't talking about him," meaning he was actually talking about Esteban. So a reference to Maddie and Esteban going away somewhere together...could it be foreshadowing???

-In the first scene of the teamwork session, Patrick is sitting in between M & E, but in the second scene they have moved to sit next to each other. And they're in a rather "familiar" pose at that - her sitting cross-legged in the chair, and resting her knee on his, while leaning the rest of her body in towards him as well. I mean, a few more inches, and her head would practically be on his shoulder.

-When Moseby and Esteban were making fun of each other's accents, Maddie was the first one to jump up on Esteban's side and start defending him. M & E also jumped up on adjacent chairs when the bugs came in.

-Lastly, when everyone ran out to chase away the moderator guy, M & E, who weren't standing together to start with, still ended up next to each other as they were running out the door.

So yeah, all in all, a pretty good episode!

yeah, good pointing out there Aeris! I was SOO happy with that episode. The only thing I wish could have happened differently was the partnering on the "Trust catching" exercise:) :D :) :D lol, as soon as that guy mentioned it, I was like on the edge of my seat thinking "OH, please,please,please,pleasepleaseplease...." ...but I suppose patrick wouldn't have been strong enough to catch mr. moseby....;)

and yes when I saw her finally sitting next to Esteban with her knee resting on his I was practically cheering, and forgave the writers for letting patrick catch Maddie. ...or almost forgiving them...;)

PS: on the radio, I heard 2day that some scientific magazine proved that beautiful people are 40% more likely to have a girl as their only or firstborn child. Since Maddie is pretty and Esteban is HOT, if any of us write M/E fanfics where they have a kid, MAKE IT A GIRL!

...Seriously. I'm having a feminist moment right now.

Lyd and I were talking the other day...and she asked me who I would like to meet from Disney channel, and I said Adrian and Ashley. She asked me what I would say to them, and I started talking about V8 commercials.

You know the ones. The person orders some big hamburger or whatever, and the person with them smacks them right on the forehead?

Totally appropriate for those two. I mean, duh, look at all the people we have on here supporting them, and yet they still don't seem to see it. Or, if they do, they won't announce it.

Another thing about that episode...Team Tipton. I LOOOOOVED when Esteban walks up, his whole face lights up, and he's like "MADDIE!" Wasn't that awesome?

Shoot, I had something else to say...darn. Oh well, I'll remember later...

Oh yes, he was quite happy to see her wasn't he? And then the, "Esteban! Hug, here. Now." So great.....:)

It's been kind of quiet around here lately (I know, it's because we're all busy trying to get our end-of-the-schoolyear work done), so here's just a little something I found. It's a pic Maddie being held captive by Esteban in Super Twins. Even though she's tied up, she still looks quite happy to be there with him.

Here's something that I noticed in the Rumors episode, where Maddie spreads the rumor about London hating animals. There's a part where Moseby wants to figure out who started the rumor, and he says to Esteban "I know you know who started the rumor.

Even though Esteban thought it was a different person, it just seemed kind of significant that it would be Esteban who supposedly knew what Maddie had done.

Here's another cute ME pic. I think we've talked about this "moment" before, but here it is again. It's during "I Want My Mummy," when Mummy Cody comes out. Look at Esteban's hands/arms. Even though he seems pretty scared, he's still got a protective arm around Maddie. Or maybe he's seeking protection behind her. But either way - she's still the first one he runs to in a crisis.

Here's somethings I just noticed in the Rumors ep:

1. When Maddie is tracking down who started the rumor about her and Lance, we see her in a series of short clips, with Zack saying "It was Cody," then we switch really quickly to Cody saying he heard it from Muriel, then another quick switch to Muriel saying "It was Esteban," followed by a quick switch to Maddie confronting Esteban. But the scene between these two is really long compared to the others. They have several lines of dialogue before we go to the next scene. Meaning there is more between these two than there is between Maddie & any of the others?

2. Later, London runs to Maddie's counter and says she's going to a save-the-animals event. Maddie replies "I know, Esteban told me," further illustrating the close relationship these two have.

Okay, this is kind of off topic, but..

Don't you just miss when everybody used to post on here like every single day? I mean, I know TSL is over, but I still kinda miss it. I understand that everybody probably...moved on..well, I did. I still have hope for it ,though! I'm hoping that when Maddie appears on On Deck, she'll announce that she's with Esteban. IT's a small chance, but whatever. Anyways..ok, I just forgot what my point was.

I still love this pairing, it's just that now that the show is over, there's not as much new stuff to talk about. Plus, my school responsibilities have been getting more and more demanding each year, so I hardly have time to come on this site anymore. I'm sure it's the same for everyone else...the older you get, the less free time you have to come play around on the internet. BUt thanks for reminding us all of the good old days! =)
