Everytime i hear her talk i want to hit something or someone really hard.Its so annoying and all perky. Gosh i hate her.

I have to admit I'm not crazy about Paulina either. Chances are if she learned about Danny, she'd lose all feeling for him. And FYI she's played by Maria Canals aka Hawkgirl from "Justice League", except here her voice is younger, perkier and more accented.

And Danny/Paulina may take a blow soon, as it appears that there will be massive Danny/Valerie coming up in "Flirting with Disaster." Check Tv.com for Danny Phantom, it has the summary and air date for it, and it's coming up soon! In the US though, not here in Canada. *Sigh* I'm still waiting for "Reign Storm" to come out here!

Ya that is horrible. That was a while ago. Anyway i really hate Paulina because she reminds me of this girl i'm not exactly friends with, and as i said before the perkyness in her voice annoys me. Besides this is a cartoon you can't really hate a cartoon. Or can you?

And not to mention Paulina, I love her and all but she is WAY too perky for my liking, someone please shoot her. That girl needs to have her but kicked by Sam. Sam has the money which means she has the power to do so. Money is power. Any body who likes her is on my list. She is to shallow and preppy for my taste.Thank you for writing this.

Last time I check paulina is so rap up in her self she can't see the way she acts hurts people. I mean she always thinks about herself if she lost her looks and money also still act like she does than she forever be hate it by all. When I look at her and this thing runs in my mind what does danny see in her? He out of his mind wanting to date her and truth be told I think he can do better. I do not belive in V/D at all. V is a better person than paulina right now. Paulina is a airhead and no boy at that school can see past her looks which is dumb. Sam is such a great person and could have a boyfriend if they got to know the real her. I truly belive in danny and sam love all the way. I think danny knew he was in love with sam in U.E after she died. It was to late and all he was left with was his pain. Val try to help him and we all know what ever she feels for him could not save him. To be fair the best way to make a guy see that he is in love with a girl is for her to date a another guy. Than see how he will take the news that he is not the only guy in her lefe. That would be funny. As I was saying that paulina has no real friends because real friends care when it gets bad and it seems that no one in the school has real friends only danny and his seem true friends. That just how I feel about this whole paulina and others she hurts with her bad ways. To be fair to paulina I think she loves her dad and that is it. Later from Pottersparky.

The idea of anyone dating Danny besides Sam is terrible. I'm in no way a DXS, but there are no other decent girls in Casper High. Paulina's a witch and Valerie is a ghost hunter who hates Danny's alter ego.

Any way...Paulina thing now. I totaly agree. She is such a little priss! I am just like Sam. I'm a veggetarian and people think I'm totaly crazy 4 it. Also I wear a lot of black and stuff. Wearing all that pink frilly stuff is just not right. Paulina needs to be hit with a baseball bat or something.

Yeah, I haven't seen RS or TUE yet, so I'm careful to avoid related fics and forums as I want it to surprise me. I made the mistake of checking out RS and now it'll be ruined for me once I see it.

I can't wait to see Eric Roberts (Dark Danny) in TUE. He's been my fav villain actor ever since he did Mongul in JLU. He was so malicious and condescending it made me want to wretch in an approving way!!

Alright...so since someone's voice is perky...it's annoying and you should hate them? I talk perky, plenty of my friends do too. Not worthy of hate...I actually kinda LIKE Paulina's voice. I don't watch the show Justice League, though I have heard the voices. The same 'preppy-girl-Paulina-voice" play "bad-girl-Hawkgirl-voice". OH. Well, whadaya know?

Personally, I don't believe ANY character is so horrible not to be included in a fic. All characters have potential - INCLUDING PAULINA.

Think about it - Paulina probably suffers from the same doubt as most highschool girls do. Am I pretty enough? What if no one likes me? What if I'm ugly? It may seems shallow to you, but people get caught up in that and can't get out. Then they get the feeling of power when they get to the top of the social chain - and it can change them and how they act. They start thinking they HAVE to be mean to certain people...not true, but they get it in their minds.

And a good point about Paulina. She loves her dad - alot. It's obvious they care for eachother. I find that good in a person. Face it, most preps hate their parents.

There. My Paulina defense. Not just a one-liner bash. Sorry, but I'm sensitive to character bashing.

Maria Canals, who plays Paulina and Hawkgirl, also does Sunset Boulevardez in "The Proud Family." And in my opinion, she sounds hot! She doesn't use her Paulina voice, of course, if I'm any judge, her "Sunset" voice is very close to her natural voice. She is 39 after all!

I completely agree!!

Although I also agree with Petitio Principii, that no character is too horrible NOT to be included in a fic. I have encountered some pretty horrible characters in my time, and there are plenty WAY WORSE than the likes of Paulina.

(Although she is pretty bad. I absolutely HATE IT when girls, or guys, for that matter, use each other just for fun, and then break their hearts afterward.)

I like Paulina. She's one of my favourite characters because she has so much potential.

So what if she's a prep? Contrary to popular belief, Paulina is not shallow. She has the basic human desire to be loved, and popularity = love to her. That is also the reason why she is so interested in her looks; her popularity is completely dependent on her beauty. [And if there's something wrong with wanting to be loved, do tell me.]

Plus, having a perky voice and being popular are not valid reasons to hate someone. If you hate her just because she's popular, then you're every bit as shallow as you believe her to be.

im no prep myself, but that is so dumb. i luv how paulina talks! she has an accent half way between latin american and vally girl! its so right for her character! and shes a great character. shes supposed to be mean and shallow! if all the characters were likable, it would be boring! u need some antagonists!

Ya know, that is the good thing about Paulina, and I guess she doesn't seem completely shallow, and her voice may be annoying, but I agree with you, and I'm no prep, but, wait a minute, is paulina even a prep? I do wanna be friends with preps, and I already am, maybe deep down Paulina just a kind person. I would use, and did use, Paulina in some of my fanfics, and going to use her in one also. Why would a charcter be so horrible, to not use in a fic? Basically, what I'm saying is, well, actually, I don't really know the basic part of this.

I stil don't get her voice is so annoying part. There's this girl named Chelsea, her voice is almost like Paulina's voice, and she's my friend (Chelsea), and I'm not a girly-girl, but she is, but we're still friends, and my voice sometimes get's a little like Paulina's, too.
