And no, it is not twisted to wish someone a "happy" Veteran's Day. Memorial Day yeah that would be a little twisted, but not Veteran's Day. You should all be thinking of the older generation today, whether your family has military background or not.

None of you can possibly imagine what was going through our veterans' heads while they were being shot at on all sides, or watching their best friends die as their entrails and gore filled the air, or to this day look up at the memorial site and see names on that slab of marble they personally knew. ...None of you can imagine. I know I sure as hell can't.

Hi everyone. Don't know how much writing on my story I'll actually be able to do today, but the good news is I hope to at least gain a few pointers for my hopeful new hobby, magic the gathering.

We had our rememberance day today here in England. I happened to come home at 11 o'clock so I managed to catch the ceremony in my local town centre. Wore my poppy and did two minutes silence, remembering the soldiers who gave their lives for the sake of our country.

Thinking on it, I know that I could not do what the soldiers of our nation do. I'm not brave, I'm not all that talented, and I don't see myself being all that good of a soldier. I'm glad I'm going to be a teacher.

Oh...I forgot today was Veterans Day ^^;;

Oh wait...my Social Studies teacher reminded me XD;;

You're looking at this too deeply. My day was just boring. It was nothing against anything anyone said or did. Personally, I lost a great-grandfather in WWII and a greater grandfather in WWI, so don't go thinking I don't care.
