To begin March 1st.

Ever watched a movie and thought, 'Oh My God that is so Sparky!' well now you can write it. Starting March 1st you will have two months to sparkify a movie of your choice, only one fic will be allowed per movie so get your requests in asap. Stories can be any legnth and will be due on April 30th.

Rules

- Stories must be based on the movie's plot line, the basic story must be the same but characters and some of the events don't, you'll have some free reign.

- Fics must be completed and posted by April 30th.

- No two people are allowed to write for the same movie, a list will be posted.

- The obvious, it must be sparky.

- Must use other stargate characters of your choice.

- You can do more than one fic as long as you think you can complete them within the time limit.

- All ratings are acceptable so long as there is clear warning.

Get your requests in soon so that you can be added to the list, a series of movies counts as one e.g, the Star Wars Movies.

The Princess Bride, should have thought of that, good one Crazy. You could write it if you wanted to, fics don't have to be that long, they can be as long or as short as you want as long as they're finished on time.

Eventhough it's one of my fave movies and I'd love to write a sparky version...no...I don't want to claim it. Let someone else do it because I probs won't have enough time (I'm really busy lately with exams and such) If no one ends up claiming it, I *might* write it at a later date and upload it to the Sparky Army account.

Wow, is it just me but does reading that makes me sound depressed? lol I'm not...well, I am a bit sad because I've just finished reading the last book of the Twilight series...and I hate finishing good books! *sigh*

So I was watching Maid in Manhattan, and I actually got and idea to Sparkify it. So I'm not completely sure I'll do it, but just to let everyone know, I might.

Well, I don't think I'll be participating in this, but I would like to add one more possible movie to the mix: Ghost in the Shell. Come on, you gals were thinking it too. ;P

Don't worry about taking your time with it, I've decided to cancel all the other fic ventures that were planned for the time being, just until people are in a position to be able to do them because everyone's busy at the moment. As long as the ones we've started get finished I really don't mind.

Both my movies are completed and posted. I'm actually pretty pleased with the Titanic one despite it being the harder of the two. I'm leaving spark-a-movie open at least until the end of the year so if inspiration strikes feel free to post your own sparked movies though if you do start one please make sure you finish it. They don't even have to be long just completed at some point.
