 Spirits Of EvilTopic: Who Do You Think Is The Most Complex Character In The Series?
Hisoka is my favourite character PLUS he is the most complex character out there. He is a mixture of a perverted, paedophilic, lustful, annoying, power-hungry, bloodthirsty and mean personality. I don't know how Mr. Togashi could make him so complex, but it is definitely the reason I like him for. ^___^ So...What do you people think?! ^___^ |

Spirits Of EvilI don't understand Kuroro really well because the series didn't concentrate a lot on his personality. However, Hisoka is totally complex because you never understand why he is so cheerful when he has no reason to be. I mean, he'd had a crappy past which, according to the info we get online, wasn't very pleasing. I mean imagine someone chewing the same gum for many days over and over again o.O that would not be very nice, would it? And that's just an example of his childhood misery. Kurapica is...well, yeah...complex...Well, he's actually more angsty than complex, or at least that is how I see it. Ciao!!! ^___^ |

sailor aidosHi there, Spirits of Evil! Now then, to the topic at hand... I would really have to say that it's HISOKA and that's not just because he's my favorite character or anything. No one in the show could be more complex than he is. He's demented but sane, impulsive but level-headed, loud but cool, pursues women but is also suspiciously interested in men and just when you think he's about to kill somebody, he helps them instead. Aaaargh! Can't figure him out... and that's why I like his character hehe. I would like to say that Kuroro's personality is also complex however, in my opinion, his personality is really simple and actually frightening for that. Senritsu was right when she said that he was a person who didn't fear death. He's cold, ruthless, avaricious, conscience-less and his only saving grace is that he cares for the other Spider members. |

He is always your ally, and at the same time he is your enemy. and a few other thing like: 1) his obseession in bubblegum (Yes it is! otherwise he wouldn't have pansygum!) 2) straight, gay, bi? ArbitrarysterHum. Well, I suppose it's either Hisoka or Kuroro. Now Kuroro is probably the most confusing since his character hasn't really been explored. Hisoka's has been explored more, and for some reason, I feel like I can understand him. It's actually pretty simple (it's the mindset of a lot of selfish people in the world, including myself): Hisoka does whatever he wants and uses people to his advantage. If he thinks helping someone will be to his advantage, he'll do it. So sometimes he's your ally, other times not. Those people are probably the most dangerous, but that's how most business relationships work too. And Hisoka and Illumi's relationship is a nice example of two greedy business partners. Kuroro on the other hand I cannot really understand. I can't tell if his tears were for Ubogin or if he was just faking to impress Neon (she'd think he was fragile and weak and therefore trustworthy if he cried). | #6 Apr 27th 2007, 10:28pm .  YusukesLoverI have to say that Hisoka is the most dynamic character on the show. Though Killua comes in for a second on my part. Most may disagree, but with his personality type you never know just what he's thinking. Also what is the deal with both of these intense characters having a hint of some sort of romantic connection with Gon? Honestly. Anyway, back to Hisoka. Hisoka is a series of contradictions rolled into a character whose plans are generally formed around his own desires. He is sneaky in a way that he gets what he wants without having to do much of anything. Hisoka is also a really good manipulator. This translates to being well-versed in the ways of reading different people. You can never exactly tell if Hisoka is a bad guy, a good guy, neutral, or just plain psycho either. Mostly I think he is the epitome of insane genius. |

bigSEED ILUMI!!!!!!! hes the most complex of them all hisoka we know him...hs the bloodthirsty powerseaking perverted magician..we know him..hes hot!!!! and unperdictable..but still ilumi..in his eyes we see nothing..of his personality we know nothing..the anime only shows us that hes a mean emotionless dude who boosess his bro around and follow family orders..what if hes not that? what if he is? thing is...we will never know the truth behind ilumi!! hes to be left mysteriously..if it werent for his eyes...the eyes that when u look at them u see absolutely nothing...a blackness so deep there is no end..like u cant explain whether hes lying or teeling the truth..his eyes dont betray him like it does to normal people anyways other than ilumi..pretyy complex ppl are Hisoka!!! and Kuroro!!!
