Review? Really? *Greedy glint* Lol *Stares innocently* If it's constructive criticm, I'd be really grateful. Though, I'm curious, why'd you set up this thread?

Oh! I know! How about instead we post up a story that is really good for others to read, one at a time, if the other person hasn't read it yet! It's a great way to spread recognition among the stories that really deserve it! *Crickets chirp* ...Or... maybe not...

The only reason why I made this topic or whatever you wanna call it (hehe..) is because I want to support those who want reviews or who doesn't receive a lot.. maybe be like me.. lol..

We are all trying our best to make a good story, ne? And from what I think giving constructive criticisms or just a plain review can make them have an inspiration.. maybe..

Hmm.. Your idea is great.

There's this story I like.. but I forgot who is the author.. I'm not even sure if you are.. hehe.. 'My Tutor's Suitor'..

*claps excitedly* Oh, you're so nice! *glomps Shattered Blossoms* The world needs more people like you. Yes, reviews are good for inspiration, but con.crit. is always... uplifting..? *scratches head* Er.. Nevermind me, lol.

Ah, My tutor's Suitor. I've heard of it, read a few chapters but it didn't suit my taste... -_-;

Ahem i dont mean to be annoying or preppy or anything but ummm...just wanna remind you of the stupid rules they have here on ff.n. Stories are not allowed to be posted in forums =___=;; i have no idea why they would set up such rules..guess they dont want people to copy others stories eh? bleh *shruggs*

Shattered blossom: it's very nice of you to propose such ideas, and its true that reviews are the best encouragements a writer can ever get. =P so i support this idea of yours!!! hehe I haven't heard the story My Tutor's Suitor before, but sounds like its got a hilarious fluffy plot to it XD ahem too bad i moved to the angsty x drama end of the spectrum otherwise i would probably read and enjoy that story.

My Tutor's Suitor

by:AngElIc KeIa

Summary: Sakura Kinomoto, a 19 year old gal, applied as a tutor to the son of the richest busiest business man in the whole Hong Kong, Li Syaoran. All she doesn't know is that her boss is her secret suitor from high school. Wow, this must be really something!

It's a really good story!

has anyone heard of a story call Mistaken Young?

Summary: Sakura is a girl who is always mistaken to be younger than she actually is. She has no memory of her past life and can create these strange things called chips. One day she becomes a member of a distant group they call the Shuudan, run by a cold leader. Bit-by-bit she begins to fall in love with him. The only problem is that he thinks of her as nothing more than a child. All based on a dream.

I thought they mean you can't post stories as in.. having the entire story in a thread? But you're allowed to provide links, afterall, why would they have the forum codes?

Oh, I love Mistaken young! But it hasn't been updated in forever... (Sulks)

Ka0ri-chan… lol

Actually, I do not know what’s so special about the story. Even though months had already passed and I’ve read a lot of plots that were really good my mind seem to still think about it. The stories that were maybe better than it would just slip of my mind…

Anyway, I have one question to ask you. Are you a member of the yahoo group ‘anime sharing’? I thought I saw your name on one of the messages…

Aisuki Sumi…

Thanks for supporting but I guess not a lot would… *sigh*

About the review part, I always compare the things a review can do to the authors to the things fans can do to actors… If the ones who reviewed and the fans do not exist then the authors and the actors would be nothing... Although the ones who reviews are not exactly fans.. coz not all likes the story they review.. i think so..

About the story... ffgirl-07 already gave the summary.. if somehow you change your mind, try it.. but I'm not forcing you to..

Ja!

ffgirl-07...

Glad to know that you also liked the story 'My Tutor's Suitor'..

To answer your question, no, I haven't heard of it yet. But I'm going to read it later.. I'll just edit my reply and add what I think about it some other time, kie?

Ja! Have something to do..

yeah, it hasn't been update by the writer. pretty sad, since it's just a good story

ffgirl-07: a lot of writers slow down on their updates and eventually stop updating because of school and other stuff... or maybe they're just taking sometimes off ff.n...i remembered taking a year and half off and return to finish some of my stories

Uh.. I don't think I am.. ButI have a horrible memory, so perhaps I did join and then stopped talking.. But I'm doubting it. (Has trouble telling reality from fantasy) Eh.. I need memory pills. ^_^ There are a few people named Kaori-chan, which is why I had to resort to being 'ka0ri-chan', because no one has yet to have a zero in there name and I do not like adding numbers to my name. T.T Uh.. yes.. rant on the loose. -_-;

I've always thought of that, but not quite like that. Still has the same meaning in the end, but it concerns a King and his people. Yes I'm strange but that keeps bugging me. *scratches head*

But you know what I notice, a lot of the REALLY GOOD authors haven't finished their stories (or maybe I notice that because that's the stories I remember). Take syrupjunkie for example, one of her/his story jsut needs one chapter and it'll be done, but they've stopped posting I think, even the other stories of her/his hasn't been updated. I notice I sulk a lot.

lol XD thats why i go for one-shots instead of long multi-chap fics XD

Yes, but there's always something that one shots will not have that long multi-chap fics do. I would elaborate but I'm not quite in the thinking mood.

Yah.. Good writers usually take long to update.. Hmm.. It gives me an idea.. What if I also take a long time? Nah.. I'm not a good writer.. I just wish that for some reason I would have many reviews! They are just so inspiring..

Lol, ah, sorry to disappoint! -_-

Ah, yes, reviews are a great source of inspiration.

A lot of people take a long time to update, but people normally notice the good writers because well, they're waiting for them to update. Lol! Though I think Aisaki isn't included, she uploads like, whoa.

You're not a bad writer if you're thinking that *pokes* I know a lot of really good fics that don't get half as much attention at they deserve. Remember, reviews aren't everything because reviewers tend to come and go. It's those that stick to your stories that really matter. Hmm.. Now I'm not making sense. o.0

*cheers* That's alright! I know how you feel, I get depressed when I hardly get any reviews, but seeing the same people reviewing again and sticking to my story, I get happy again! ^^

I like the really long reviews I get from my one fan. She writes an essay at times, and it's great.

The latest review was the best yet though

It's inspiring.

Wish I get essay reviews. Oh, CR, I'm currently on chapter 20 of your CCS fic, and I'm writing the review as I go.. o.0 It's all just me blabbing soo..

blabbing is fine.

I'm just glad it's seeing some circulation. I've been trying to get a writer's block out of my head so I can keep updating it... but for some reason it's not moving.

I've recently updated a story and posted up a oneshot, and one didn't receive as much attention as I hoped. However, that seemed to kill some of my writer's block and now I'm determinedly trying to finish the next chapter of another 2 stories, hoping for more luck, though I know it won't be as great, but I'm still hoping. I love the story that seems to get the least attention. o.0 Maybe I should just switch to SM fics, they appreciate me more over there! Lol! (-eyetwitch- blabbing.. need - to - destory)

I should hurry up and finish reading your fic. ^^ Maybe then you'll feel more inspired!

Yah.. I like long reviews too.. but sadly I don't get them. If I would receive one, I would feel special.. I mean why not? The reviewer spent their time thinkin' of ideas or typin' the long review..

Long reviews ROCK! I love it when I open up the e-mails that alert me of reviews and I get surprised by a long review. I love it when people give thought to what you've written and sometimes even state their ideas about where the story's going. I tried putting questions in my author's notes at the end of chapters just to get that response...but I stopped that after one chapter. I'd rather see someone actually come up with the questions themselves and then try to answer them. Those reviewers give me inspiration to keep writing. Those reviews also let me know what mysteries I should continue with, and what I have already made obvious and do not need to keep going with. I LOVE MY REVIEWERS!

This is the first time I've seen this forum. Yeah, it's nice to have reviews since they inspire you to write more and faster. Of course you get the occasional flames and "please update" reviews, but most of the time reviews are the only stuff that lets the writer feel his/her work is being read.

I have one ongoing fic and a one-shot in the works. I had another one-shot before but somebody decided to report it and it went kaput.

So, where is everybody? CR and ffgirl-07 are the only ones I recognize here.

To shattered blossoms: you are really awesome for creating this forum topic. I'm off to read your fics momentarily. Please read mine, too!

You rock!
