I know there was one when they go to a conference and Cuddy gets shot while they're walking in the woods. House has to remove the bullet in the woods! I can't remember what it's called but it's a short one-shot.

I'm looking for one where they have a baby daughter and it seems like Cuddy dies a few months after giving birth in a car accident...that's how far I got but really want to finish it.
