Here are a couple of things I have never seen in Sailor Moon fanfiction, crossovers included:

1) For Usagi/Serena/Sailor Moon to go to Hogwarts/the feudal era/the DBZ world or any other with "good" Sailor Galaxia, instead of one or more of her senshi.

2) For Usagi/Serena/Sailor Moon to go to Hogwarts/the feudal era/the DBZ world or any other with Sailor Cosmos (whether they are the same person or not), instead of one or more of her senshi.

3) For ChibiUsa/Rini to come back to the 20th Century after Galaxia, being the same age as Usagi/Serena (that would be SO interesting! And they would have to tell strangers they're twin sisters, instead of the old excuse of being cousins)

4) For one of the other girls or Darien/Mamoru to gain a guardian familiar, in the same way Usagi/Serena has Luna, Rei/Raye has Phobos and Deimos, ChibiUsa/Rini has Diana and Minako/Mina has Artemis.

(I think their roles of guardians were not bonds and duties given to them from birth and by fate, but purposely sought, formed and taken upon themselves; otherwise Artemis would have the Venus symbol on his forehead instead of a crescent moon, right?)

5) For Darien/Mamoru to actually learn to use his Golden Crystal, and gain some awesome powers.
