 ZadienI have to say I have read it. And it has been a while since I did. I don't know if it was better than the prequel but it lived up. Little Wolf lover certainly kept you guessing as to when Syaoran was going to come back and the twists always managed to thrill. She excells at the romance aspect and she created a very strong Sakura that may have seemed cold because she lost her husband, she was just as sweet and devoted as ever. So I really liked it. It was one of the first CCS fics I ever read and nothing has ever quite lived up to LWL's standards. |

ZadienDid anyone ever notice just how many gang fics came along after Queen of the Wolves and Wild Things? Oh and didn't Jamie and Meilin make such a great pair? They really set off some fireworks. Which is one thing I really like about LWL. She never makes Meilin moon over Syaoran. I truly appreciate that. Meilin is either made to be infatuated with her cousin or a complete **, which bothers me because she's a very firey young girl who deserves her own time in the spotlight which is what LWL does. So that's another reason I really liked her. Another thing, one of my favorite scene has to be when Syaoran is spying on the gang in his invisible suit with Dr Avalon and the gang are trying to sneak onto Tigers boat. The comedy was just amusing. It wasn't all serious but at the same time, you aware that it wasn't a walk in the park. And another was when Syaoran walked into the club when Sakura was dancing with another. I have to say, I love confrontations like that. So, what is everyone else's favorite scene from Queen of the Wolves? |
