Topic: A little Rant

First I want to say I have nothing against Slash Fic, I have read a great many different kinds of pairings and writing slash is fine and I encourge those who do to continue. Dont take what I am about to say the wrong way

My Rant is all I am seeing in the Heroesverse is Slash! I have seen very little NonSlash stories on this site. I am not into Matthinder, Mylar, Hiro/Ando, Nathan/Other male character etc... It would be nice if there could be a bit more non slash. I don't have a problem with Slash, go head and write it and post it, I would just like to see more non slash..

Check out my "Anything But Ordinary" C2 archive and GreenLeoFiend's "The Family Petrelli" C2 Archive, I think you might find plenty of non-slash and non-paire (especally cannon) fics there. Hoped this helped.

I know what you mean. :) I wish that 97 percent of the Heroes fanfics weren't those...but they are. Sigh.

All I can offer is for you to try your own hand at pairings you like and don't see - its amazing how writing in general inspires others to try their own ideas etc.

Or you may want to visit LJ - there is bound to be a community for your pairing of choice there.
