Create an all powerful villian worse than sloth. How would he or she take over neopia. Who will get involed and what happens to popular characters. I will add more latter.

You're going to write that story? Darn. Sounds like a good topic. Wait...sounds like MY story...but the characters exist in Neopets already. Is it ok if I just do something a little like that, where The Drenched plan to take over Neopia?
