helpathehackerTopic: Court Cases/Abuse Reports (Important to Read) This will be the place(the part of the fourm) were we hold the judgements in the fourms about breaking of fourm rules. This shouldn't be too hard just if you feel that a rule or form violation has been made/broken. Also you report your cases and/or abuse(of other players) here. |

helpathehackerCourt Cases so Far: 1: H(Helpa) v R(Rahk): Azure Kite Case 2: People v Story: Limits of Charcters Ruleings so Far: 1: Azure Kite Ruleing: Helpa's defeated. Helpa does not, in fact, own Azure Kite just because he owns Kite. New standard and ruleing rule: When dealing with cannon charcters you must be very deteailed because warped or alternet versions of the person do count as diffrent idenities. Orginal Charcters are diffrent, unless expressed (on this fourm) premission is given do not make or use someone elses charcter weather it is the orginal or altered fourm of it. HOWEVER! All charcter ownerships need to be put into (applied) the charcter sign up fourm, it makes it better this way and easier so people will not get confused. That is all. 2:Limits of Charcters Case: World chaning events are out of charcters hands in some ways. Charcters cannot not just assume control over the entire planet, or do major events like mergeing the world and the real life world togeather without discussing it with all the members first. Basic Updates: Yukki and Chaos become Modators in Creator's plan to expand more active mods. | #2 Dec 20th 2007, 2:19pm . Edited Nov 01st 2008, 11:05am

helpathehackerI would like to bring in a new suggestion/case: My case is Helpa V. Rules we should add two rules that are similar to this: If you are gone for more then 20 days and you are holding someones charcters up they have the abblility to remove there charcters from the place. I.E. if you are talking to someones charcter and you leave for a month or two then there charcters after 20 days can go about there bussiness. This way there the rp can move along quicker. Number 2 is that if you have some big emenit plot right on the bring of happening and you have other pepoles charcters envolved and you are gone for a set ammount of days then we should be able to move along so it won't take like 15 days to move the plot along. | #3 Nov 01st 2008, 11:00am

AltearazCreatorWe sort of already have those rules in place by custom and convention. Hell, we've done it enough anyway lol. We've established a pattern of doing so over time out of necessity. I think it's fair to leave things if the characters are still usable, and/or the person who is absent has actually relayed the fact that they'll be gone for an amount of time. However, in those cases where notice is not given or another person's chatacter(s) become effectively frozen, we generally elect to move things along anyway. However, it is a good idea to bring these things up so that the processes are clarified among the forum users. |

Chaos Chao...What's this all of a sudden? 'S far as I can tell, the only one who was doing anything with my characters anytime remotely recently was Lugh visiting Nox about the Dark PKer and I already said that I can't post anything for that since I have no idea what's up with the Dark PKer. What's going on that brought this up so suddenly? | #5 Nov 02nd 2008, 10:22pm

AltearazCreatorWell, there was the thing awhile back with Mike whereby Epona became immobile in the real world, the times when helpa and Yuuki have left and caused things to sort of freeze up, as you said, there's the thing with you, from which I extracted Lugh because I needed him elsewhere, and then there was Song who vanished sometime in June and we haven't heard from since. There was Shadowtreader who left all of a sudden, the long gaps in-between appearances by Rowan and Jack, my own occasional disappearances, though usually I'll say something before I go, but I forget sometimes as well. If you think about it, there's a lot of possibility for those sorts of character lock-ins to occur, given how often and and how many people just seem to vanish. |

Imagination's DreamI think this sound fairly reasonable. I myself usually put my OCs in a situation were they have nothing to do with the plot when I know I'll rarly be on (such as now, with Anrui off making viruses in her own sweet time). However, should I have my OCs in something important in which I need to post and I'm off, I think the whole 'move along without them' is okay after a certain amount of time has passed. It's really annoying when a plot freezes due to some not posting. I'm having that issue in the RP back at another forum, Chaos should know of this one, [Fourm of Choas]. I'm ready to just put in a time skip seeing as one, the guy rarely posts and two, I'm confused as to whats going on. Suddenly his OC is somewhere else and in the thick of battle and I'm like 'When did he leave?' (I wouldn't be bugged by it if it was mentioned, but I suppose that was a slip of the mind) and that doesn't help. I take my stance on the issue by shoving my OC out of it by making her go off to get control of her anxiety attack. But, I digress very much from the topic. |
