i agree with red jumpsuit apparatus. i think linkin park, my chemical romance, and simple plan songs fit with maximum ride. they are upbeat, make you feel something, and fit in with the emotions of the series as a whole.

some songs just go with specific events in the story. jesse mccartney and blink 182 deals with the flock splitting. play deals with how fang and max feel about each other. every other song goes with general feelings throughout the series.
