Topic: A Motoko + Keitaro story request.

I was wondering if you could use this idea.

What if Motoko and Keitaro were cursed to be stuck to each other.

They find themselves unable to move say three feet apart or less.

Now stuck with each other have to learn to work together to continue on with thier lives?

Along the way learn more about each other and help each other and fall in love.

the one above this sounds interesting, but I think there are 2 easy directions to go: Motoko looses the battle with tsuroko and marries keitaro, or keitaro goes ubergeeky and creats something so powerful that Motoko is required by her school to monitor him and it, resulting in them drawing suspusiously close to one another.

that's just me, but hey, I can't even write something simple, let alone the latter there....

I have yet to see any fic about the little girl doll that Kitaro found... How about a story about her? Set after Kitaro, and Motoko get hitched? Or She could be a "chobit" persocom restarted by Kitaro's , and Motoko's male child? I must say that this has some possabilities.

not to be rude, but somehow I don't see moe as any more important then nyamo..... she's barely in the anime and I don't think she was even in the manga.... (for those of you wondering, moe was short for 'mome' which is apparently french for doll.) she's obviously a minor character in comparison to not only motoko and kitsune, but even the characters of seta, haruka, hatani and shirai. and not only that, but somehow I don't see any way to include moe, as with a paring like motoko and keitaro, it is extremely difficult to make it a threesome while keeping everybody in character. it might work of course if.... moe was a hermaphrodite... but.... that's just a little too.... strange.... to be on this type of website.... (though I know some that it would fit on...) nevertheless, we are not here to discuss the kinkiest couple possible but rather how to make a motoko/keitaro couple work.

sorry for shooting down your idea without one to replace it-motoko

Gomen nasi Motoko.... You misunderstood me. I thought of her as a side character. I thought of her as a side character. After all... Didn't the little clockwork girl come to life because she was loved for a hundred years? I was thinking of her becomming more real as Keitaro, and motoko's love grows.

well.... for one she didn't really come back to life, but more along the lines of her spirit stuck with her, at the end of the episode her spirit left to find peace with the spirit of (if I remember right) keitaro's grandfather. which in most manners of speaking means she's basicly dead at the end. not to say there aren't ways to bring her back, but I can't think of how to do it without making it something like a shaman king crossover. although if you were good enough you could do something about keitaro's chi acting as a beacon and attracting spirits, but..... again it end up as some sort of crossover no matter how I picture it.

the last thing to mention here is that almost all episodes of love hina are filler (((GASP))) meaning that there is no mention that I can recall of moe in any other episode. same withe nyamo. if there was a progressive storyline to love hina in the first place, the moe episode would be at the end, simply because of the way the characters were done and the complete feeling of love hina.

True enough... It was an idea...Sometimes ideas work, and other times they do not... What I think may be workable. May not be for someone else. I think both of our points are valid. Thank you Motoko-chan for your input on my idea, and voicing your ideas. I also want to thank you for your p.m.. It was... Helpfull...(And I was neather trying to be close, or rude.)I know that Love Hina really has no plot, and is made of mostly filler (Entertaning filler,but filler none the less). My intention was to offer a way to bring the love into focus for the pairing by using an outside influence. Like I said... It was an idea... Not good or bad. Just an idea. (Most stories. Be they fanfic, or an original. Start with an idea)

for some reason I feel like somebody claimed I was a satan encarnate.... besides my mom (naturally)....

I really wish that keitaro could have chosen ANYBODY besides naru.... would rather read a yaoi kei/seta story and that says alot.....

truely anything is fine if it's not kei/naru.... I must go to bed now so I can go to work in the morning....

I'm wondering, but does \ show up as a yen symbol on your computers? I modded it and I'm wondering if it shows up on other computers....

I think that's been done before, not that I remember which story it was..... I've read enough fanfiction to make an unabridged dictionary look small... or one of those medical examination textbooks....

I was reading the majority of posts here concerning Motoko/Keitaro ideas. More than a few recommended Kei being the heir of the Urashima arts. However, what they did not say was what kind of 'Art' is the Urashima martial arts. I mean, sure there was mention of the Hina blade, which would say that it was a kenjutsu (sword style) of combat, much like the Aoyoma's Shinmeiryu. However, just what if the Urashima style was not a sword based art, but a hand-to-hand combat style? Perhaps even a demon fighting one at that?

There are more than a few martial art styles used in many anime and manga that could be used for this idea, but how about Naruto's Gouken (Strong Fist) style? You know, the one used by Rock Lee and Maito Gai? I mean, with the fact that some of those moves are insane and can not be used on normal humans, like the many found in the Love-Hina-verse; with someone like Keitaro being the exception; I think it'd make an interesting Demon fighting fighting style.

Heck, if not a demon fighting art, then how about something that made all Urashima invincible and feared by most the martial art world and have them use another Naruto art form; say Jyuken (Gentle Fist)? Can you imagine Keitaro using the Kaiten manuver to not only block Motoko's blade, but push her back with force?

If not that, then there's also the style that the Takayangi family use in Tenjho Tenge. I mean, it would be cool of Keitaro could fight like Masataka and throw a ki blast or two. But refuses to use his skill to its full potential against opponents that aren't yet up to his skill, which would enrage Motoko and make her attack constantly to prove her skill.

And if not any of those arts, there are just so many to pick from; hell even from video games if anime and manga aren't enough. But I feel that if Keitaro has a chance at hooking up with Motoko he should be skilled; yet, still the same guy who just couldn't bring himself to hurt anyone with his family's art. Maybe even go as far as take a page of Ranma Saotome's book and just dodge the attacks (minus any insults) and hope til his opponent (namely Motoko or Naru) gets tired and stops trying to hit him.
