Beta Reading means correcting, editing, giving advice on a story, depending what you the alpha reader (aka the writer) needs.

How it will work:

A simple little quote/request ^^

Exemple:

I, Dudly-sama (XD), would need a beta reader to correct and maybe give me advices the lastest idea I've got, which would be a multi-chapter

Give a quick little summary, or explanation of what your story is about, details if you got them.

Ex: I started the story and have a chapter ready to be edited.

Title: [Insert Wonderful Title If You Have It]

Summary: Girl transfers to Japan. Ryoma arrives in Japan and meets her in the temple near his new house. Because she feels lonely, she tries to make friend with him. The latter one is intent on pushing her away, but since he has no decent argument but a creepy feeling to back him up, he gives in. But no matter how well he gets to know her afterward, she still hides a huge secret from him. A secret who could seriously harm him.

Of course... you can do it quicker than that ^^' I just... happen to have trouble to do so XD

Alright. I /don't/ have a chapter already but I need someone... just to share my twisted storyline XD And eventually to beta read it. Eventually.

See? That's how it works ^^ You're not obligated to do it that way, but if you get someone interested in it, they will be more likely to beta it (Awinkins, for instance, only beta so she can read it before everyone XD)

Add the Genre or Rating or Pairing of your story if you have one in particular. If it's clearly Angst or Fluffy Romance, mention it ^^ Don't forget to say what kind of beta reader you want- critic or nice- and what kind of help you need.

I think that would be it.

I know this is a beta-reading agency thing, but I guess we can also make this topic as a request for co-writing... xD I am planning to start a new story (multi-chapter) at a different approach and I would like to look for someone to co-write with. (Preferably someone I've already gotten to know and is familiar with their writing style. And is available for me to contact almost at anytime.) (Also someone who isn't too busy because I don't want to add more pressure. xD)

I was thinking of planning the story and writing the whole thing out or at least half of it out before releasing everything. That way we won't be as pressured. However, I have to see how things work out first. If I can't juggle my time around everything, then the story will be canceled. I won't post the summary or anything here because I don't want to give anything away yet. xD

Beryllium is just an element on the periodic table. Spelling and grammar is really all I need because I know the actual report will be horrible, but I'll end up with an A anyway since most of my class isn't comprised of the... brightest minds.

It's not really a report per se, it's supposed to be a "creative story". Don't worry about language, I write everything in English. It the only thing I can write fluently in. -_-'

In case you're still on, I've finished reading through the report. I've also double-checked some of the chemical names on Google (Wiki!) although I'm not sure if copying the non-spark thingagummies is all right or not. Still, very few typos, and interesting, too. I edited a sentence because I didn't really understand what it meant. Hope it's OK. Read through it again, will you, if you have the time, in case you specifically put the sentence in that order/meaning. Wish my reports were more like yours!

I need someone to beta all my fics (there are three of them). I just need someone to check my grammar/spelling and possible OOCness of the characters... and to see if the OC in my multichapter fic is becoming a mary sue (shudders). Doesn't matter if she's mean or nice, just as long as he/she can point out the errors then were cool. If the person can give ideas, he/she will be loved even more...
