Topic: To All New Visitors and Introductions
I've noticed a large number of new visitors to the forum since the Fannies 2nd round started, so I thought I'd put out a general purpose welcome to all of you who are dropping by for a visit. Feel free to jump in where ever you want and speak your mind. Everyone is welcome.

The most important thing to remember though is to be courtious to one anouther. Believe me, not everyone will agree with you on everything, people believe things that might be different from you, but if you respect their opinions and thoughts, others will respect yours.

So tell us a little about yourselves. Even those who have been here from the beginning, feel free to tell everyone a bit about yourself.

We're really just a big family here, so have fun, and welcome to the family!

To all of you who are new here, welcome from cpneb!

Believe it or not, I was new here not very long ago, even afraid to post to this forum because I was in awe of the names I saw here (OMG: I'm reading what they wrote, and it's amazing! I could NEVER do what they are doing and write KP Fanfiction !!!!)

Well, guess what: I took a chance and wrote 545 words that has turned into a totally different past 18 months than I ever could have imagined: friends that are more valuable than gold, reviews that are almost as valuable, and relationships that I will treasure long after I'm gone.

Will this board have your back? Ask the two writers who have publically suffered major medical traumas and have come back, as noisy, if not noisier, than ever, thanks to the support of the readers and supporters on this site.

Enjoy your stay here, and remember that "Anything is Possible." Just look at the writers under 18 and over 50 on this site!

I would like to add my greetings to all the new visitors and friends. This is a pretty nice place to be. Lots of great people and lot's of support of those friends. I've been around the KP ff.net site for some time now and spend a bit of time here. I hope that all of you have a great time, and if you have a question, just ask neb', Z or me and we would be glad to help.

Am I really supposed to believe this forum is filled with Cartoon Characters, Knights, Kings, and Mythological Beasts?

Sometimes, the exagerated personal claims on this forum deeply offends our royal sensibilities.

Uh, I'm still new to this stuff, how do I post to a forum without having to put it in the form of a reply?

I have been working at telling a couple of Kim Possible stories now, and they've gotten okay reviews, but I'm still not really comfortable in here yet. If somebody who has spent some time in here would give my stuff a look see, and let me know if it's up to snuff...

Thanks for your time.

This is for all the new people here, A huge welcome from me! I was once one of you, I lurked around, not posting much. But I did have a KP fic up. My first post here, I think many people thought I was a nOOb. But we all start somewhere! I want to post here what I posted in the Fannies thread, this way you all know what I feel this place is about.

I believe we are one of the top fandoms out there, in here... We are like a big ol' family, and family undoubtly supports one another. This is by far the best support system I have seen in all my time on this site. Honestly, I think there is some freakish act of a higher power that brought us all here. I remember reading in a thread, somebody posted that all the nice people in the world are part of the KP community. As it was to be a joke, You really have to look at what goes on here. That little joke just may be true. And you know what, if it wasn't for our large family, the Fannies probably wouldn't be as popular as they are now.

Welcome all you new members! You have entered the Fandom of many people who respect one another, and don't be shy about posting. We are all here for each other. You got a problem, ask! Enjoy your stay!

Hi there,

since I posted my first message here just a while ago, I think it's appropriate to introduce myself.

Nickname's BlueLion, I'm a big fanfiction-fan and -collector (not an author though).

I'm living in Munich, Germany, where I work as IT systems architect.

I concentrate on various anime- and cartoon-series - including Sailormoon, Slayers, Full Metal Panic, Kim Possible and Teen Titans.

You'll get a nice overview on my preferences by browsing my C2-list at http://www.fanfiction.net/community/BlueLions_collection_of_first_level_fanfics/54495/

Hope to read you often, hope to read you soon ...

Take care

Guten Tag, BlueLion!

Welcome to the forum, where the men are all handsome, the women are all beautiful, and the young people are all waaay above average.

You'll find that this is a pretty special group of individuals on this forum: witty, caring, acerbic, and willing to do anything 'Possible' for a friend.

There are cookies in the ba- RUFUS! Did you eat the cookies again?

(Rufus) Hrk! Not me (and points to the large shaggy guy with the peanut butter crumbs all over his face)

(Angst Monster) Sorry, 'neb, but they looked so very good, and I was just gonna eat one, but...

('neb) That's all right, I'll get some more (leaves the room, and Angst Monster gives Rufus a thumbs's up.

(AM) Got your back, little guy!

(Rufus) Thanks, big guy (and Rufus uncovers the mound of cookies he'd pilfered, and they moved the pile to the table and began to eat)

(Rufus) Something to drink, big guy?

(AM) Got any sparkling -

(Rufus laughs and produces two bottles of sparking grape juice: one red, one white) You've been around 'neb and Joss waaaay to much, guy!

Well might as well introduce myself. I’ve been reading KP fanfic for a little under a year.

I originally came too ff.net for Batman, but I wasn’t impressed. I found the KP section, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve read as many stories as I could, your stories helped me through a hard time in my life and I’ll be forever grateful. It also made a die hard KP fan out of me. I watched the show with my wife and thought it was good but some of the stories here blew me away. I’m not a writer for one I don’t have the patience and I’m to critical for my own good. I got an account here in time to vote in the fannies. I promised my self I’m going to start reviewing all the stories I read. Wow I guess I got on a roll.

Welcome aboard, officially, to the best Forum in FanFiction.Net, IMHO.

I'm glad to hear that you've been reading, and I'm also very happy that our stories have helped you through some tough times: that's one of the reasons that they're there.

I hope you enjoy a long and happy stay here on this forum and reading KP fanfics...unfortunately, Rufus and the Angst Monster have devoured all the cookies, but we have Peach Fried Pie and ice cream...(rumbling, and 'neb jumps into a ditch as the mass of high heels runs past him, looking for the pie) which you can eat at your own risk.

Thanks for fav'ing m'oi!

Hey, all... been around the site for years. I can remember when we used to have boards around here, then they got rid of them, and now we have them again *lol*

Anyways, I've been hanging out a lot at KP Slash Haven over the last year or two, though I did go a few months without posting there. Then I read a KiGo story that made me decide to start posting again, and then I started looking for a topic/explanation on why Yori wasn't on the character search list (I found the thread, so don't worry about me starting another one :P), and here I am. Maybe if I write another story someday it'll be a KP story.

Oh, this isn't Bueno Nacho? Well, since I'm here, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm relatively new here, in that I've recently finished my first multi-chapter story. I've really enjoyed reading everybody's work. I haven't seen very many Kim Possible episodes, but the ones that I have seen left me impressed with the depth and details on the characters, which make it easy to write about them. My only other experience with forums was at about.com, which I left after the conversations seemed to become dominated by flamers and trolls. Anyway, thanks for putting up with me and I look forward to talking with everyone in the future.

Good day,

Samurai Crunchbird

Hello...

Please allow me to introduce myself. I am The Samurai Crunchbird (of course, my birth certificate says Thad Marster, but I digress).

I take my nom de plume from two abounding sources of humor...

The Samurai was one of the regular characters played by my all-time favorite 'Saturday Night Live' actor, the late great John Belushi (Why, oh why, Lord, could you not have spared him and taken his no-talent hack brother, Jim, instead?).

Crunchbird is from my all-time favorite joke (if you want to read it, feel free to e-mail me at so I can send my version of it to you).

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Since my first visit to this site (June 28th, 2007), I have read more than a few great pieces of fan fiction. Some of them are novel-quality, with rich descriptions and air-tight plots. I thoroughly enjoyed these skillfully-crafted stories, and hope my forays into this art are in the same sport, much less the same league, as these fine authors.

I have also stumbled across some of the worst pieces of dreck to ever waste the space of its storage. Upon them, I have inflicted the wrath of my own magic blade, The Sword of the Ancient Mystics.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Since 'Kim Possible' first premiered, I have been, and always will be, a big fan of the woman at first known simply as 'Mrs. Dr. Possible' (Note the 'battle-suit' picture of her as my avatar).

Once I read the name FanFiction writers gave her, I coined the term 'Anne Fan'; and I am still the president of the RAF. For those of you from Britain, not that RAF! I'm talking about the 'Rabid Anne Fans' club!

I swear...If I ever find someone with that combination of beauty, brains, and inner-strength in reality, it would be my honor to offer my heart to her on the spot!

Of course, if she shared those traits, she would probably share one more...and already be taken!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

As of this posting, I have written 18 different stories, 17 of which for 'Kim Possible'. The other one was a Christmas parody of 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' (the first US version of the series).

If you want more info about my tales, just click on my bio. If you survive reading throught the whole thing (including repeats of the previous paragraphs), you will find a list of these stories and where to find some cookies for your efforts.

I look forward to hearing from all of the new arrivals in the our community...or as one of the other writers here call it, "Kimmunity'.

Your friend in writing,

The Samurai Crunchbird

My name is Tomi, and yes, that is my real name. It's the female form of Tommy. A little about myself, I'm a 17 year old girl who just started reading fanfiction and hanging around you KP fans. I'm not very fond of posting in forums, so you may only see me every once in a great while. I'm hanging around the chatroom a lot though, I found it to be a fun an interesting place to visit. Tomi, the job of driving Mike insane IS a worthwhile persuit. However, members of the Kimmunity are, for the most part, overacheiving lazy slobs. We ALL work together to ensure that none of us have intact sanities. So don't drive yourself crazy trying to keep from going crazy.

By the way, when you get fitted for your straight jacket, make sure you ask for padded shoulders. I know from experience that it helps you look a lot better when rolling on the floor of the rubber room.

A little advice here. Don't loose your cookies. Between Rufus, the Angst Monster, and your fellow Kimmunists, any unattended cookies are likely to dissappear faster than you can turn arround.

And before I forget, since you are a woman under the age of 21, be aware that most of the guys arround here will become very nervous if you get your hands on any grapes.
