All right folks, we all know about the new stats... or should know. Personally, I love them, and I want to see where all the KP readers come from. So, I'm putting together a list, so that we can track all the different nationalities. I don't want numbers, just the countries that you don't see listed from others. So send in those countries and I'll update the list.

Darn you, just had prepared my own list and saw this when I went to post. (After I chopped my preamble, similar to yours) mine ran as follows...

Exact borders of continents not always clear, I don't claim any degree in geography. Caribbean nations I've stuck under North America, even if they may be closer to South America. I've placed the Middle East under Asia. Islands off the coast of Asia I tend to group with Asia rather than Oceania which will probably be limited to Australia and New Zealand (but where I may post any islands farther off the coast of Asia.

You're better off not knowing, trust me. And I didn't mean to call all Japanese a bunch of perverts, it's just that a lot of anime, even those aimed at kids, have reoccuring themes of insest (mostly between step-parent and -child, thank God) and pandering to various fetishes, including loli.

Cap's got a hit from Japan, so we no longer have to wait. At least that settles that.

Got a strange one here, it just says 'Europe'. Wonder if that just means some countries get clumped together, or the IP address is just too standard or blocked to register fully. Got 2 of them, with 3 hits.

In my new crop of stats I've added Switzerland.

While I miss the 29 countries I had already gotten hits from I can't feel too bad. Three days ago I had no idea at all where people were reading my stories. This will be a fun feature if they get it working, but it's kind of fun even at this stage.

Hey! It wiped my stats! Now all it show is 12 hits from today. Goose eggs for every previous day this month. What gives?! Did this happen to anyone else?

It did that to all of them. The system was glitching, recording visitors when they only should have been hits. Have to admit, it's a little more humbling now. I thought I had 1800 visitors in 2 and a half days when it was probably a quarter to a third of that total based on my new stats.

Oh yeah, now I see all the discussion in the other string. *looks sheepish*

In the last hour I added Jordan and Hungary.

I also got a hit from Kenya.

Just picked up Egypt, not on the list, and a couple already up there that I didn't have before.

Actually, the site added a new stats package that shows you the nationality and the number of readers you have from other countries. This is just so we can announce where the readers we get come from and add new countries to the list.

And I got a hit from Jamaica now.

There is a year round population of about 200 there. But you do have a point. Maybe there will be some Antarctic traffic after Spring begins in September.

I think the only two countries I've not gotten back are Greece and maybe Argentina (can't remember for certain if I had it or not). I didn't prepare an exhaustive list because I didn't think I'd need one. Italy took a big hit, it had been my #2 country.
