SwimAngelTopic: Jedi Temple Tierva Faerlain lounged against a wall in the Jedi Temple. Her raven hair fell disheveledly to her shoulders and an anxious expression had settled on her facial features. A group of pirates in the Outer Rim, the group she knew her brother was in charge of, had finally done enough to ruffle the feathers of the Jedi Order. Apparently, they weren't too thrilled with the new trade laws being passed and now a group of Jedi was being dispatched to solve the problem. Unfortunately, Tierva was one of the ones to go.Now it wasn't that she didn't want to and fight a group of bloody pirates; it was the fact that her twin brother was their leader. She and her brother were nearly complete opposites and she did not look forward to another confrontation with him. She sighed and continued to lean against the wall as she watched several Jedi walk by through the Temple. | #1 Jul 07th 2007, 6:50pm . Edited Jul 18th 2007, 6:34pm

rimeraLogargh stretched, yawning loudly as she made her way back to her room. A startled Jedi who had been walking behind her put more distance between them, but she didn't care. She was full, and had stayed up too late last night watching holovids of the Senate debate over the new trade laws. Even though she knew Basic fluently, some of what they had been talking about was hard to follow. It didn't diminish her interest in it, however... her parents had been killed by slavers, and these trade laws could possibly make slavery a thing of the past. She shook herself awake as she passed a Jedi lounging against the wall. Tol had promised to show her a few things, and she needed to be on her toes. |

Anime-StarWars-fan-zach"I trust your mission is going well, Lord Magus?" Selvo Kashi asked Magus Ryoko as his holograph image appeared before him. "Yes, my master. I have infiltrated the Jedi Temple as you wished, so I could steal some Sith and Jedi Holocrons, and tonight I will kill Mon Mothma." Magus replied to his master. "Excellent. Once you complete your missions, you may search for your sister's killer for the rest of the week. At the end of the week I will have a new mission for you that involves going to Tatooine. I have to go now, apprentice. Goodbye." Selvo said and cut the transmission, causing his image to disappear.Magus stepped out of the closet that he had hid in to take his master's message, and walked over to a girl that was leaning on a wall. "Excuse me miss, do you happen to know a girl, about 11 years old, who's name is Luna Ryoko? She was a dear friend of mine, and I just got back from a long mission, so I just heard about her death. From what I've heard, it appears she was dueling a girl around your age. You wouldn't happen to know who she was dueling when she died?" Magus asked Tierva Faerlain. (I forgot to mention this, but Magus is a little crazy. SwimAngel, do you think you could have your character the one who accidently killed his sister? It's ok if you don't want your character to be the one who killed her.) | #3 Jul 07th 2007, 7:58pm . Edited Sep 01st 2007, 8:54pm

Shadow B. PantherToleen was just leaving the dormitories as he searched for a Logargh and apparently she wasn't in her room, so he was following her scent. He could have easily found her by reaching out to the Force, but he preferred to use his sense and it allowed him to keep his non-Jedi skills sharp. When he turned the corner to go down the next hall he ran into someone with more fur than him and just as tall. A smiled appeard on his face when he saw who it was and almost laughed when he noticed the tired look on her face. "Lo, I thought I told you to go to sleep and watch the replays of the debate in the morning." He shook his head as he wondered how many times he didn't listen when he was younger."I hope you're ready for our training session, but afterwards we need to leave. We were just given a new mission and have to leave for Tatooine by the end of the day, apparently someone wasn't too happy with the Senate's decision." He pulled out his datapad and handed it to her, the details of their mission already on the screen. "I am not looking forward to visiting that hot planet and I don't even want to think about all the sand we will need to get out of our fur when we're done, but it might be interesting." |
|
rimeraLo scrunched her nose as she read the datapad. Tatooine? With a low irritated growl she replied in her native language, /Why do the bad guys always pick the worst planets?/ she asked, frustrated. In an absent gesture she rubbed her cheek with her paw, something she did unconciously when she was embarassed. /Sorry, Tol,/ she said, realizing suddenly that she had been late to meet him. /I'm ready when you are,/ she roared softly. |

Senator Elizabeth OrganaSenator Elisabeth Organa walked silently into the Jedi Temple, hours after her training and the Senate session had ended. She wore a calf-length dark-purple battle dress (much like those seen on Naboo) with a pair of black pants and high-traction tactical boots. Her hair was done up on the back of her head in two crescent shaped buns so that it would not get in the way of her mission. She searched out Tierva Faerlain. It took her a while to find the Jedi that she'd come to respect over the past few months. Elisabeth hoped that she could consider Tierva a friend. Leaning against a wall stood Tierva. Through the Force, Elisabeth could sense that she was troubled; almost wondering if she should disturb her. However, the assertive, driven nature embodied in Elisabeth took over and she approached the Jedi. "What's this I hear about you all going to confront the pirates on Tatooine?" she asked boldly. The report had come across her desk at the Senate earlier and she was surprised that she hadn't heard of it before now. As one of the leaders on the committee appointed to work on the new bill in the Senate, maybe it could be expected. "Well, it doesn't matter," Elisabeth began, "because, no matter what you say, I'm going with you." She put her hands on her hips and continued, "I'm going to hear whatever these nerf-herders have to say straight from their mouths, and not from some, though I respect them, over-fed Senator who doesn't care about the people! Well, I give a care; I care a lot. That's why I'm going with you to Tatooine. Just tell me when you're leaving." | #6 Jul 07th 2007, 11:46pm . Edited Feb 23rd 2008, 8:56pm

Shadow B. PantherTol laughed when he saw her face and took back his datapad, he understood her perfectly. "I think the main reason is that they know we would hate going to the planet, but sometimes I wish they would pick a nice jungle or forest planet. Anyway it will be a long trip and you can sleep on the way." His tail began to slowly sway side to side as he led the wookiee to one of the many training rooms. As soon as he got to the center of the room he turned around to face the Lo. "We will start with some unarmed combat, then a lightsaber duel, and finish with blaster bolt deflection."Tol began to stretch as he started explain why they were doing that training. "The reason for unarmed combat is because there is always the possibility that we will be captured and have our weapons taken. The saber combat is in case we run into Sith, it is possible that more exist even if the last two known Sith died ten years ago. The last one is simply because most of our enemies us blasters and this will increase your chance of surviving." With that said he began to get ready to show her some fighting techniques that relied on more than just strenght. (rimera you can say something about them beginning and ending if you want, I don't think we really need details on the training) |

SwimAngel[Ah, yes. I will be the one who accidentally killed your sister]Tierva blinked twice and looked back and forth between the strange man and Elizabeth. Both said some pretty unexpected things; well maybe not Elizabeth. She should have expected that. "Wait a moment," she said to Elizabeth, sensing that the man's concern was of more importance at the time. "Yes, I knew her," she answered the man. "She was a friend of mine as well," she finished evasively. There was no need to divulge that she was the one who accidentally killed Stellar during a practice lightsaber duel; she never was very good with one of those. Needless to say, that event still haunted her and she did not wish to relive it. |
|
Anime-StarWars-fan-zach"I see," Magus said, sensing that she was hiding something from him, "Were you the one who killed her? I'd understand if you did, I mean it was only an accident. I've heard that she died from being accidently slashed in the chest with a lightsaber. Is that true?" he asked her. |

rimeraWhen training was finally over, Lo felt like she was about to drop, but did her best to hide that fact from Tol. She always made a point to absorb everything Tol taught her like a wet sponge. She had tremendous respect for the Jedi, which did not just come from the fact that he had been the one to see her for what she was. Tol was a treasure trove of information, and a highly skilled hunter and warrior, a fact you would not realize from his laid-back appearance. Lo hoped one day that she would be as skilled as Tol... and as patient.Right now she was testing her patience against the Traffic Coordinator System, the automated controller of all traffic on Coruscant. The planet was one giant city, and the sheer amount of space traffic to and from the planet was such that every ship had to plan a route off the planet with the TCS before being allowed to come or go. Tol tended to let her handle this mundane, if frustrating step of space travel... Lo often wondered if it was because he didn't want to, or because he was trying to snuff out her recent interest in politics by letting her handle the beuracracy. With a frustrated howl, she banged her fists on the desk as she tried for another time window. Nope, it was to teach her patience, all right... she was sure of it. | #10 Jul 08th 2007, 6:20am

Senator Elizabeth OrganaElisabeth tapped her foot at the delay in being answered. She was only a patient person when she wanted to be; in the process, she watched the strange exchange between Tierva and this strange man--Elisabeth had never seen him before. There was something about him that frightened her--scared her. He was extremely distraught and seemed to have a Jedi sister, who was killed. "You know, you look relatively busy, so, I'll... I'll either be practicing or you can come see me at my residence," Elisabeth quickly told Tierva. She turned to walk away, but was surprisingly cpativated by the progress of the conversation and stayed. She really hoped that when she spoke with Tierva, the bill that her committee was in charge of would not come up. | #11 Jul 08th 2007, 8:54am . Edited Feb 23rd 2008, 8:57pm

Shadow B. PantherTol smiled when he was done training with Lo. She had done well, but still had a lone way to go. He knew wookiees had a lot of strength and were very intelligent, but there were some things that were stronger and some that were smarter. It was all about how to use what you have to your advantage instead of simply using it. "Well she knows if nothing else I'm serious about my training and missions, though I think I'll wait before pushing her even harder. The Horansi was sitting alone in the hanger of the Jedi temple with a game chip in his datepad and a small mischievous grin on his face. "Maybe I should have told her the old hanger was made operational last week and we have a direct link to the TCS office from here. If she can get out of there without breaking something or someone I'll be amazed, though small things like that can be useful." He remember his own patience training from when he was still a cub on Trian. It was his first solo hunt and he had spent four days tracking the animal when it should have taken one. Then he had to in the same crouching position for fifteen hours waiting for the creature to let its guard down. After that incident there were few time he complained about things taking too long and started to relax more. "Well I suppose I can call it punishment for staying up too late instead of recording the debate or waiting for the morning replay like I said." | #12 Jul 08th 2007, 11:44am

SwimAngelTierva nodded in acknowledgment of Elizabeth's statement without taking her eyes off of the man in front of her. "Perhaps I did," she mused, "Perhaps I didn't. But since you understand the nature of accidents and shouldn't be plotting any revenge because of that understanding, you needn't know for sure." The Force was bringing her strange vibes and feelings from this man and she could never be too careful. Though, she didn't know what made him suspect that he was the killer.| #13 Jul 08th 2007, 3:33pm

Anime-StarWars-fan-zach"Very well than. Good day.........murder." Magus said and walked away. As he walked away he turned his head and glared at her with deep hatred in his eyes, causing her to shiver in fear. After he stopped glaring at her, he noticed it was getting late. He used the Force Speed ability and ran out of Jedi Temple so he could go complete his mission to kill Mon Mothma. Later that night he stared at the sleeping form of Mon Mothma in her bed. He had managed to evade security and had snuck into her room. He had also managed to disable all the security cameras in her room. Magus ignited his saber and stabbed Mon Mothma in the chest, killing her instatly. He smiled at his completed mission and ran out of the building so he could go back to the Temple to steal the Holocrons and possibly kill the Jedi who killed his sister. | #14 Jul 08th 2007, 4:29pm

Shadow B. PantherTol decided to be productive with his time and prepared for the mission by loading a few things they would need on the ship they were going to use. He soon left the hanger to explore the temple as he searched for Logragh, she was taking longer than he expected and the sun had already set. As he walked down the hall he thought he heard yelling and maybe the hum of lightsaber, it didn't help that he felt a bad vibe through the Force. He lowered his hands to the ground and began running on all fours to move faster.Tol soon came to the source of the disturbance and barely dodged an attack the came from the hallway. He saw two human with lightsabers as clear as day in the darkness, his species were well known for their great eye sight and nightvision. He stood up as he recognized Tierva because he sometimes helped her with her saber combat since he excelled in that, but he did not know the person wielding the double bladed saber. He pulled his sabers from his belt and a pair of blue beams appeared in each hand, he knew who he had to help. | #30 Jul 08th 2007, 7:09pm

Anime-StarWars-fan-zachOnce Magus left the temple he leapt from rooftop to rooftop until the temple wasn't even in sight anymore. He was furious that he hadn't been able to kill the Jedi!!!! He needed to take his anger out on something. He spotted a human woman walking by. "I'll take my anger out on her." Magus muttered to himself and jumped from the roof he was on and landed infront of the woman. The woman cried in fear and said: "Take anything you want, just don't kill me!!!!" Magus smiled and and ignited his saber and beheaded her. "Don't mind if I do." he said and took all the credits the woman had on her. A few minutes later Magus decided to return to the hotel he was staying at. "Good thing I put that tracking devise on that murder," he said to himself and started to walk to his hotel. Shadow B. PantherTol After several minutes of silence Tol gave up on chasing the man, he had too big of a head start by now and it was hard for the feline to track scent in the city with all the other stronger scents in the air. He shook his head and was about to pick up the silent Tierva when he hear heavy footsteps that he recognize, it appeard that Logargh was back. "I'm not a completely sure, but it looks like we have a Sith. I heard yelling and came running, but he decided to leave when I arrived. I'm not sure why Tierva isn't talking, but we need to get her injuries looked at." He watched as the Wookiee picked up the human with ease and led the two females to the medical area. Tol knew that he would have to call Luke or one of the few Masters to tell them to put the temple on alert after that incident. "We will delay our departure for a few hours, but if you're not able to leave by then we you will leave you Taviera." He remembered that she was one of the others that was going to be sent on the mission too and his orders stated that the three of them were to use the same ship, but things may have to change and there were more than one ship in the hanger. | #35 Jul 08th 2007, 9:58pm

rimera(Sorry, Tol, thought you were with her)Lo pulled her master aside for a moment. /I heard one of the healers saying that Mon Mothma was murdered. Is that true?/ she asked, concerned. Mon Mothma was as old as politics itself, some said, and she had been instrumental in building the New Republic. She was a great hero to the galaxy, and her death would do more than upset the balance in the Senate... there would be riots in many places, and some planets may drop out of the New Republic and join the Imperial Remnant just out of fear of the Sith. She knew that was a worst-case scenario, but Mon Mothma's death would mean big trouble for the New Republic in any case. | #36 Jul 08th 2007, 10:27pm

Shadow B. Panther(He was with her, I meant Tol gave up on the idea of chasing him and stayed with Tierva)Tol shrugged as he looked at the young Wookiee. "I'm not sure Lo, I think that I heard Tierva and that guy she fought yelling about it before I got there. He may have admitted to doing it." He sighed as he thought about it and began to lead her to the security room of the temple. "Things might be worse than we know. I heard the same thing and a rumor that she was killed with a lightsaber. Being that only Jedi are known to use them I think he was trying to set up the Order. Lucky for us we have security cameras and records throughout the halls of the temple, if he confessed it will be there and it should help us." They we lucky that the records were always on and that would be the proof that a Jedi didn't do it. With their mission delayed a couple of hours Tol was considering going to the Mon Mothma's home and investigating himself. He wasn't an assassin, but he was a expert on stealth and he might be some help. | #37 Jul 08th 2007, 11:10pm

Senator Elizabeth OrganaJust as she was about to answer Tierva, Elisabeth saw the strange man who had left moments before run in and start a lightsaber duel. She thought to activate her green lightsaber, but decided it was futile considering that the man was obviously trained in the saber arts. Eisabeth plastered herself against a wall, knowing that she would be no help to her friend, and watched the exchange. His lightsaber was red--he was a Sith. She knew that he had given off bad vibes. Elisabeth listened to what each were saying. There were so many things that were said during the fight. She didn't really pay all that much attention to what Tierva was saying, but at what the anonymous man was yelling at her. He called her friend a liar, a murderess, and above all, he said that Mon Mothma was dead. Her breath caught in her chest. It couldn't be true. Mon Mothma hadn't picked out a successor yet. There were rumors as to who it could be, including herself and her cousin, Leia. The fight ended, and Elisabeth ran to see if Tierva was dreadfully hurt. "Don't worry, we'll find him," Elisabeth whispered. She helped put pressure on the cut. "I am glad that it's only your leg and not something else. And yes, I'm going with you. End of story." She stayed there for a few mintutes until she was sure that Lo could care for her. "I've... I've got to go... I have to see if Mon Mothma is alright. Lo, take good care of her, and I'll see you all later...Um..." she said to Tierva, her mind somewhere else. Scared for her mentor, and mother-figure, Elisabeth got up ran off towards Mon Mothma's residence, fearful of what she might find. | #38 Jul 08th 2007, 11:56pm . Edited Feb 23rd 2008, 9:00pm

rimeraLo sat next to Tierva's bed, hunched over with her hands on her knees. For a Wookie, it was a funny sight, but Lo didn't care. Her master had left, probably to investigate Mon Mothma's murder, though he had been vague about it. The wound to Tierva's leg had been pretty serious, and Logargh wondered if she was in a healing trance of some kind. She had heard about them, but Tol had yet to teach her how to put herself into one. It was supposed to accelerate healing, but unfortunately it required a great deal of concentration. Lo sighed. Her problems earlier in the TCS office seemed so petty in comparison to what had happened. Why would anyone want to kill Mon Mothma? She knew Elisabeth must be taking it hard... she was as close to Mon Mothma as Lo was to Tol. If anything ever happened to him... With a shudder, Lo forced her mind away from the subject. She would deal with that if and when the time came. For now she needed to stay focused and wait for Tierva to wake up. Not only was Tierva important to their upcoming mission, but hopefully she could give insight as to the identity of Mon Mothma's killer. | #39 Jul 09th 2007, 4:03am

Anime-StarWars-fan-zach"I have completed my missions to kill Mon Mothma and to steal the Jedi and Sith holocrons that were at the temple, my master." Magus said to him. Clearing her mind of all traces of worry and frustration, she took slow, calming breaths and began one of the meditation exercises Tol had taught her...| #41 Jul 09th 2007, 9:44am

Shadow B. PantherGoing to Mon Mothma home and getting to the room was somewhat troublesome for Tol. There were dozens of reporters and Coruscant Security Force (CSF), the fact that the investigators thought that a Jedi was responsible didn't help either. The Horansi male more than once considered sneaking into the building, but he knew that would have created more trouble. He was eventually let through with Elisabeth's help and brought the the person in charge. When they viewed the body Tol did his best to comfort Elisabeth when she started crying and nearly fell from grief. After that it took about two hours to discover how the man was able to get in and get past security, but it would have been quicker for Tol if so many people hadn't entered the building and added their scents. When he confirmed that it was the same scent he handed the copy of the temple's security video, but the man's face was too hard to make our in the Hologram. So far there was a blurry image with a confession and several Jedi that knew what the killer looked like.At the moment Toleen was walking silently down the hall of the Jedi Temple and carrying Elisabeth's unconscious body, she was emotionally spent from seeing Mon Mothma and just didn't have the energy to stay awake on the ride back to the temple. He could only hope she didn't do something drastic, he didn't want the order to lose a promising Jedi to the Dark side. Anyway he decided to bring her to rest in the infirmary since he didn't know if she even lived in the temple. When he enter the room he saw Lo mediating and smiled at her as she laid Elisabeth on the bed near Tierva. Fearing the worst, she stood abruptly, all traces of calm gone. /What happened?/ she growled loudly, concern filling her. First Mon Mothma, then Tierva, and now Senator Elisabeth Organa? /Is she okay?/ she demanded.| #43 Jul 09th 2007, 10:38am

Shadow B. PantherToleen looked at the Wookiee and saw the concern on her face. "No need to get to worried Lo, she's just tired. We saw Mon Mothma's body and that push her emotions beyond their limit, not to mention it is late." He sighed as he took an empty seat. "Many of the reporters and investigators thought that we were there to verify if it was a lightsaber. There were a few there that though we were there to say the Jedi were turning on the public or trying to cover or track. Anyway I gave them the copy of the security footage and verified that the man's scent was all over the room. I would have been back a couple hours ago, but I decided to help speed up the investigation and it was harder with so many fresh scents filling the place."Tol glanced down at the sleeping women and turned to Lo. "I think we can delay our departure until they wake, so if you want you can get some rest too." | #44 Jul 09th 2007, 11:12am

rimeraLogargh smiled slightly, showing sharp teeth. Tol always seemed so calm... here there was just an attack, possibly by the Sith, within the walls of the Jedi Temple, not to mention a murder of a very important Senator, and he still managed to keep his cool. She wondered how he did that.Lo stood, stretching, knowing she'd better take her master's advice this time. /I'll go grab a nap on the ship, after I make sure everything's ready for departure, if you don't mind,/ she growled, feeling almost exhausted as Elisabeth obviously was. As she was about to leave the room, she paused in the doorway, and turned back to Tol. /Tol... about earlier... I'm sorry I disobeyed you, and was late for training. I realize that my impatience gets the best of me sometimes, and I'll do my best to control my temper on this mission,/ she growled softly, rubbing her face with her paw subconciously. | #45 Jul 09th 2007, 11:29am

Anime-StarWars-fan-zachOnce Magus had snuck into the Jedi Temple again he followed the signal on the tracking devise until he came to an infirmary door. "This time I'm going to finish you murder...." Magus muttered and entered the room to see the woman who killed his sister, the feline creature that had helped the murder the night before, and another woman laying on a bed next to her.Magus ignited his saber and attacked the feline creature. (I'm not sure if that one word is spelt right.) | #46 Jul 09th 2007, 2:14pm

rimera(Which one? Murderer? Or spelled?)As Lo started down the hall toward the hangar, she heard commotion coming from the room she had just left, and turned to see a strange man walk in, muttering about murder. Feeling a tremor in the Force, she ran back to the room, igniting her lightsaber, and joining her master in the battle against this madman. | #47 Jul 09th 2007, 2:22pm

Shadow B. Panther(This first part takes place before the post with Magus)Toleen smiled at Logargh, his own fangs showing. "Don't worry about it Lo, it was something important and it concerns our new mission. I was only looking out for you, not to mention you are less patient and more easily irritated when you don't get enough sleep. I was up last night watching the debate too, but I can do that because I'm partially nocturnal and I need less sleep since my species had lived on a planet with fewer hours for a day than others." He shook his head as he thought about the Horansi races. His species have many advantages and sometimes they seem unfair, well that was his opinion since he disagree with many rule and going home might mean his death. "I'm not upset that you didn't listen or that you were late. I had only planned on training with you and then help you relax after the debate, I knew that it was a sensitve subject with you. Beside I had a habit of not listening to often when I was a cub and I know how it is. Now go rest, I'll see you in the morning." He watched as the Wookie left. (This part is after Magus arrived) It was barely ten minutes after Lo left that he heard the door open again. He was about to ask if she forgot something, but a familiar scent entered his nose and he quickly grabbed one of his light sabers and blocked the attack. "Well how nice to see you again, but visiting hours are over. You will have to leave the temple and come back in the morning." Tol he grinned as he used he grabbed his other saber and had a second blue beam to fight with. | #48 Jul 09th 2007, 2:33pm

rimeraTol and the strange man were fighting by the time Lo got there. So far Tol was holding his own, and it was one on one, so Lo got into a defensive stance, ready to jump in should Tol seem to need help. Remembering their practice from earlier, Lo cleared her mind and began predicting each of their moves before they were made, watching in awe at Tol's flawless technique.| #49 Jul 09th 2007, 2:43pm

Anime-StarWars-fan-zach"I'll let you live scum if you let me kill the girl." Magus said while blocking his attacks. Magus jumped over him and tried to cut off his right leg, but the feline doged it.| #50 Jul 09th 2007, 2:51pm
