Now, we all have different ideas about what's cannon: KuroFai or TomoKuro (and yes, it would be TomoKuro, not KuroTomo). Aka, the pairing of Kurogane and Fai and the pairing of Princess Tomoyo and her subject Kurogane. So, I propose a challenge that will... in all likelihood, make many of you pound your heads on the desk. It's a challenge of whether you can keep someone in character even as they're doing something you think is out of character, and definitally a challenge of your creativity.

The challenge is this: If you think TomoKuro is cannon, you must (evil laugh) write a oneshot fic that is KuroFai. Not just that, but you must write it and keep the characters as in character as you can, make it look like it could really happen in cannon.

As for the KuroFai cannon believers, you must do the same. Write a TomoKuro oneshot fic with completely non OOC characters, and make it so that it seems possible. Like it could actually happen in cannon, I mean.

Rules are, you can not make it into a parody. No mind control, no weird "I have to do this because of whatever, but certainly not because I love him/her." Kurogane is quite possibly the character most abused by fanfiction dot net, don't abuse him any more then you have to here, please? -_-'

Really, honest to god fic where Kurogane loves the person who you don't believe he loves in cannon. And that person MUST love him back in this fic. Oh, and absolutely no **. This is a fanfiction writing contest, and while allot of the time that does mean it's a smut writing contest, it doesn't mean that for this one.

Also, it cannot be about them breaking up. And it must be romantic love, no brotherly/sisterly love.

I think I've covered all the ways of avoiding that. Uh huh.

Well, I hope SOMEONE responds the the challenge. I personally think it would be fun. If your writing is good, it will probably make your fanbase bigger. And remember, don't vomit! ;-D
