It's so close to being canon now that it's not even funny ^^

Uh, um...my initial reaction to this chapter...let's see if I can re-act it...

Come on CLAMP, don't fail us now. And did you notice a) this was the first time that Kurogane has had physical contact with Fai that isn't attempting to kill him/pry him off his arm or something (at least, I think it is) and b) him grabbing his arm and letting go of it got a complete panel for each action.

Also, I loved the way Fai kept saying 'Don't concern yourself with me', when Kurogane never actually said he was worried. Fai WANTS someone - probably Kurogane - to care, and despite the fact I said Kurogane never said he cared, the fact he bought up that Fai should try and figure out who he is now rather than who he was suggests that Kurogane doesn't care about the 'old Fai', but he does care about the Fai he's been travelling with...and...and...

*falls off chair again and squees*

I love love LOVE this chapter! Fai so wants someone to care, but at the same time he doesn't want anyone close to him because they'll get hurt. And even though Kurogane kept saying it wasn't his business, he obviously WANTS to know, because why else would he refuse to let it drop?

I love how, during the pannel where Kuro lets go of Fai and says he doesn't care about his past, they show his [Kuro's] scar. Kind of like, implying that they both have their own demons. Or something. And Kurogane looks kind of... less hard during some moments in this chapter. He doesn't look as angry as he usually does when he's talking to Fai.

Bah. I hope Sakura and Syaoran stay asleep for this whole arc, so that it's just Kuro and Fai. I'm betting on CLAMP pushing the whole confrontation aside for a while.

I still giggle whenever I think of this chapter. If you have an MP3 of Kaze no Machi e, read the chapter whilst listening to it and you'll get even MORE giggly. If possible.

Ahhhhh. I hope they have a happy ending. I mean...Tsubasa does NOT seem like an 'X' or Tokyo Babylon esq manga...so...I hope they all get a happy ending. Even if it is just Fai and Kurogane keep travelling or - and am I weird for really wanting this to happen? - they arrive in Nihon after the feathers have been collected and Fai stays there too. ._. It'd be so cute.

Right, so, we've had physical contact. *cracks knuckles* Now onto getting Kurogane to actually call Fai 'Fai', without honorifics.

...That would just be...yay.

I've been thinking about how CLAMP is going to end it KuroFai-wise, actually. Hopefully it will be happy. I mean, OBVIOUSLY Syaoran and Sakura will get a relatively happy ending, so it only seems fair that Fai and Kuro are given the same courtesy.

I don't think CLAMP will make it overly obvious that they're together, but even if they just kept them together, I'd be happy. A friend of mine suggested that the TRC group could see another version of Kuro and Fai on one world together, implying that their souls are connected like they've done for some of their other couples? That, or they stay in Nihon. That was Kuro could keep on doing his ninja-thing.

We need Fai to call Kurogane 'Kurogane' too. Maybe at the same time. Then it would be undeniably canon.

And, yes, it's only fair to give Fai and Kuro-chan a happy ending too. ;_; I don't need it to be a full blown confession, just something like Touya and Yuki had in CCS - 'I love you' is never said, but the idea of a 'number one' was used instead. And you just knew they were together.

(... I say something has to have happened in those six months in Shurano, right? RIGHT?! O_O)

Other versions of Fai and Kuro would just kick so much **. I mean, I hope we see at least ONE kind of double. I think the idea of Kuro and Fai having a Yuki/Touya-like ending is very possible. I mean, in many ways, they're very similar characters/relationships. They also look a lot like Saiga and Kakei from Lawful Drug, who were blatantly together.

Still. I hope it's at least IMPLIED. Just something to dissuade all those Kuro/Tomo shippers.

i hope that they delay on that hole "other syaroan" a bit and get back to more kurofai moments!

But, chapter 113 (unlucky!! unlucky!!) is out tomorrow, and I'll admit, I'm nervous. I mean, I have this sinking feeling that CLAMP is just going to push any KuroFainess out of the way for a while and focus on Kamui and Fuuma. I mean, I certainly don't expect the next chapter to start with Kuro bursting back into the room and being all, "Right! Now, where were we?" but I'd like at least some acknowledgement, like one of them thinking of the other or some kind of angst-ridden look.

Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Chapter 113 was actually not as big of a let-down as I thought! Fai asking Kuro for a favour was so cute, and I found it hilarious that Kuro's so whipped now that he just can't say no XD.

But, I was confused... did they already finish their "talk", or is it still going to be left until later? Because, honestly, I'd feel so cheated if CLAMP left the second half of their conversation out O_O

The fact that when Kurogane re-entered the room he seemed to be missing a decent amount of clothing (tie undone as well) and when Fai pranced in he was...decidedly more dressed, but his bow tie was most definitely undone...and...

The fangirl side of my brain giggled and collapsed.

Did anyone else notice that?

DUDE! It's so weird the minute the Oto thingy started I ssupected something BUT this confirmed it... I finished this series in three days hoping for something like what happened in chapter 112 to happen it was completely awesome, I TOTALLY LOVE this pairing it so clear that they like each other it not even right for there to be other couples!!!!
