According to a Fan Expo con report made by Mjgolli on his Livejournal account http://mjgolli.livejournal.com/1555.html, Ace Fipke stated that a third season was unlikely to happen. They are hoping to do feature length episodes, though.

I wouldn't worry. Nerd Corps might surprise us. Maybe they can't do a season three, but that doesn't mean they can't do a follow-up. Storm hawks: Neo World does have a good ring to it. It might even be like Reboot where they put on feature length eps.
