That being said, here are some ground rules.

-All OCs used in ANY topic must first be posted in the Character Bio topic for refrence. If you chose to, you can put it in the topic itself as well.

-Please refrain from creating needless and hapless threads without my consent. Most things I will let slide by, but if you are not an admin and you post something completely idiotic (i.e. "The Yaoi Room" or "Death to Sakura") chances are I won't be in the mood to allow it. Once again, there are always exceptions, but please confront me first. I do not want utter chaos in this forum where I do not know what is going on in half the stuff. Controlled chaos is obviously welcomed and praised: just ask Mist {Mistinia}

Sure that may seem a little hassled, but it needed to be taken out of the way. But do not feel burdened by these petty rules. Enjoy yourself! Life is grand!
