As we all know, the gods of Okami are based on the Chinese Zodiac. Now I'm a sheep so I have the Veil of Mist power or something. Anyone else have different signs? (of course some will be different)

you know who's the luckiest? my sister since she was born on the year of the dog. That means she gets to have the sunrise technique and there's only one god that can do that. And we all know who that is!

Actually according to Wikipedia the last dog year also happened to be one of the 13-year cat cycles. Meaning if she saw a statue, your sister could probably climb up walls also.

was the last dog year 1994? I lost track of the zodiac years so I'm not so sure when was the last one. oh wait that was the last dog year. I think the next dog year is 2008. or am I wrong?

Crap, I miscounted. The last dog year was last year in 2006, although I was right about the '94-'95 one. The next one should be in about 2018.

Hey! i just realized my dad was born in the year of the goat! That means he gets to control my favorite element: ice! Both my sister and mom were born in the year of the tiger (they fight a lot so my dad and I jokingly call them our two warring tigers) so they both have lightning, and my grandma was born in the year of the dragon, so rejuvination is hers, which completly fits because I swear nothing can stop or slow down my little four-feet, nine-inches tall grandma. {^_^}

my mom was born in the year of the pig so cherry bomb! I think that you confused the sheep with the bull. so if your dad was born in the year of the goat aka sheep then its veil of mist. my dad is a sheep just like me and my brother is a rabbit.

It borders between horse and sheep. There's only a month's difference (Sheep year kicked in Valentine's Day) So if they were born before that, there also horses. Otherwise sheep. Yeah, it gets confusing. Wait until you try and figure out the agricultural calendar. (According to THAT, I'm a Tiger. Weird.)

I think its because it sounds like you're calling me a slob or something. but it sounds funny. that's kind of cool that I have the water element because I'm a Scorpio and that's a water sign.

Is that because of our elements or because it's really hard to get into a fistfight over the internet? {^_^} I've never had metal before. I'm a libra too, and born in the year of the horse so air really seems to be my element and now a I guess I'm um... rusted metal, I mean what else do you get when you oxidize certain metals? (was that a little nerdy? NOO!! Science has poisoned my mind o_O)

Don't worry too much about it. I'm a rabbit/tiger/ox all of which contradict each other. Eh, people have always told me I'm a bit odd.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm very proud of being weird. Humanity cheeses me off because the world celebrates normalcy as if it's some sort of great human endeavor, when really that just means they're a bunch of conforming robots who like to talk about how robotic they are.

Yeah, this is one of my ranting subjects. I really don't like society.

Yeah to being the oddities of society, the thorns in its bland and structured side. Yeah, I'm a social outcast too. I've gotten more "You're weird," in my life than I count, but I honestly don't give a rip, I will never comply with the mindless minions of orthodoxy!! {^___^} Society is a ranting topic for me to, in case you didn't notice{^_~}

maybe we should start our own 'weirdos club'. Normal People Stay Out! ^_^ lol as for society...like Brent-Ka said, everyone is a bunch of robots. except for the 'weird' people. for the 'normal' people, they're all programmed the same way so they think and act a certain way.

anyone who thinks that we're weird has fallen under the hypnotic spell of society. so they follow a strict code of 'normalness'...that explains why some guys and girls act and look the same way. Creepy!

Yeah, I've seen that, it creeped me out too.

You know what irks me? When someone compares me to someone else. That seems to be a big thing right now too, and it's just like, I'm ME darn you! Once someone told me that, "Well, I only said that to compliment you more," and I'm thinking, how does that work, it only suceeds in blurring my accomlishment, trait or mistake with someone elses, so why would that compliment me more?

How did we get here from talking about zodiac signs? Talk about some serious tangents. {^_^}

The whole water thing shows how Aqaurius is able to pour ideas (or something like that) into whatever that they come across. Or at least that is what I think it means...

My moon sign is Virgo but I need to find out my rising sign...

My sun sign is Pisces, my moon sign is Leo, and my rising sign is Capricorn... though I'm not entirely sure what the latter mean. XP My Chinese zodiac animal is Mo--er, I mean, Rooster, so my brush powers are Inferno and Fireburst. Yaay Moegami!

Hmm. This brush zodiac thing would make a really fun roleplay... or fanfic story thing. I love the idea. May I use it?
