I have no idea. I think it's for rulebreakers. But it wouldn't be the end of someone's account. Let's say I clicked the ban user button for you. You just wouldn't be able to post in this forum anymore.

Excuse me, Kicon, I would like to ask a question important to the lives of my characters. I vaguely recall you saying that Pokemon could only be caught in Whisper Forest. Is that true? And if so, can you fish in Silver River or Cascade Beach. And more importanly, are there any Pokemon near Mt. Lavatu?

There are no pokemon within the fenced off area of Mount Lavatu. And you can catch any wild pokemon on the island.

2.Is there any part of the story I need to know about, because I dont feel like reading hundreds of pages, of posts.
