1. This is an interactive challenge. You post, and I'll challenge.

2. This is a laissez-faire challenge, but within reason. Two months should be time enough to give us the goods.

3. This is not an irony challenge. So if I give you a pairing, I'm not looking for a story that shows what a dumb idea for a pairing it is. Although, if you can pull off an ironic story without completely alienating yourself from those who would generally like that pairing, that's an extra 150 points and you win.

4. Here's how it works: You post in this thread letting us know that you accept the challenge. I (or a designate) will then review your body of work and come up with a pairing and/or situation we know you would be loathe to write under normal circumstances. You write it in two months and then report back to us here with a link.

5. Make it a story that will be approved by those who dig the pairing. In addition to the pairing, I'll also hand out a Live Journal community in which the story should be posted in addition to ff.net. (Those of you without the LJ, we'll figure something out).
