Story of the Week'll be posted by me, once... each week. Basically it's for me to promote story's that are just plain awesome.

If you have a fic that you think deserves a spot on the Story of the Week slot, you can nominate it here, on this thread.

Since my first inclination is to read AU stories, my first nomination is not exactly canon-compliant. Then again, there's nothing to say it didn't actually happen at some point in the past...

Title: A Certain Kind of Madness

Author: xxanglophilexx

Summary: Sirius admits his feelings for Remus to Minerva McGonagall. Minerva decides to take matters into her own hands and get them together. After all, it's all for the greater good, right? Right... Fourshot. RLSB. JPLE. MMAD.

My take on it: McGonagall is hysterical (and slightly silly), Lily is sadistic, James is clueless and Remus and Sirius are a fascinating study in best friends with a secret. I laughed so hard reading this story (at a single digit hour early this morning), I couldn't resist recommending it here for everyone to read.

Simply adoreable. A Marauders Romp-lovers Marauders Romp, but the Minerva in this one makes it something special. Fun, fun bit of reading for a lazy Friday.
