Veilstone the City of the thrid gym in Sinnoh, and Team Galactic headquarters

(OK how should we start?)

Scarlet came out of the store and dropped her bags off at home "Wonder if there's anything to do today?" she muttered walking through town "Maybe a visit to the gym?or maybe to my old friends?"

Shadow walked out of the Team Galactic building and walked around blankly he wasn't sure what to do.

"Ren" Scarlet said letting her Blazakin out "Lets find something to do" she smiled

Ren nodded and ran off with Scarlet following

Shadow soon saw a Blaziken run by, and the girl he had saw before.

"Wonder what they are doing?" he asked himself.

Scarlet jumped on Ren's back and they jumped the buildings "See if you can go up tp the tallest one!" Scarlet smiled and ren nodded

Shadow looked curious at the two he shrugged it off and continued to walk around.

"Shinbashi! Give me back my Coalbadge! You little thief!" Jodi yelled as she chased a Totodile into the city. Shinbashi chuckled and stopped, allowing Jodi to nearly trip over her own feet.

"You are just SUCH a pain sometimes!" Jodi protested as she snatched her badge from him and put it back in her backpack. I should really consider getting a padlock or something for this pocket, she thought, annoyed. This was the third time this week she'd had to deal with Shinbashi stealing her badges.

Hank stood next to Jodi.

"Wonder where Chaos went?" he sighed "Most likely to find Cyrus...or shadow..." Hank sighed and looked around.

"Probably most likely," Jodi said, straightening up. Further into the city, she could see the top stories of a building similiar to the Team Galactic base in Eterna City. An uncomfortable feeling ran through her at the sight of it.

"Come on," she said, trying to banish her fear. "Let's find the Pokemon Center."

Hank sighed and followed Jodi.

"I have to tell you something...can you keep a secret?" he asked her.

Jodi looked surprised. "Of course. What is it?"

"You know Cyrus is Shadows father...and he is planing to blow up Celestic Town...but that's not the secret...you know what important figure lives in Celestic town right?" Hank asked

"No...who would that be?" Jodi asked.

"Pokemon Champion Cynthia...and yet that is till not the secret...Shadow is Cynthia and Cyrus's son...and you have to help us stop him..." Hank said despraley "Or else...he'll blow up the town...and then Cynthia will never forgive him...you HAVE to help us."

Whew...stupid computer started working again...and yeah, that made sense.

Jodi was shocked. "Of course I'll help! I can't just stand around and let him do something as terrible as that!"

"Great!" Hank said grinning Chaos came into view Shadow behind him.

"Hey guys" Shadow said a even darker aura surrudning him.

"Alright he is doing it tomrrow...so we have time to rest up..." Chaos said.

"Tomorrow?" Jodi was worried again. "Will we be able to stop him with that much time?"

"Yeah we will" Chaos said "Cyrus is leaving at midnight and will be there at dawn. We will leave now. Shadow you know what to do." Shadow nodded and let Blader out and hopped onto his back and flew off.

"I wonder where he's going..." Jodi thought out loud. She turned to Chaos. "Is there anything we need to do before we go?"

Hale crouched sheltered in the shade of a building, staring solemnly out at the Galactic headquarters. I can't believe I've been led back here...I've spent my whole life trying to avoid this place and what's going on inside it. How ironic.

She had to get going, before she was seen. Hale stood and ran off, moving swiftly and silently.

"No..." Chaos said "And he went to get him mom..." Chaos then walked out of the city limits.

"I am going to check on something" Hank said walking off.

How bout Hale and Hank know each other from somewhere...

Jodi decided it would be a good idea to stock up on items while she could. Returning Shinbashi, she headed off towards a Mart.

Hale stopped, raising her head. She'd sensed someone. Something about it tugged vaguely at the back of her mind, somewhere...what was it?

Chaos stopped before he reached the outskruts of town.

Hank stopped

"H-H-Hale?" Hank asked amazed

Hale also froze.

"Hank!" she also exclaimed, startled.

"What are you doing here?" he asked her "I would have never thought you would come back!"

"Neither did I," Hale said dryly. "But Tryn...she kept bugging me about something that was going to happen...I came here just to check things out and humor her."

"Stuff is happing...Cyrus is going to blow up Cesetic town!" Hank excalimed

Hale blinked--her version of completely astonishment. "...you're joking," she said faintly.

"No I wish I was..." Hank said "We are going to stop him tonight you wanna come?" Hank asked

Hale's eyes darkened. "Yes. I'll be there." With this she ran off out of the town.

Hm...Hank still isn't back. Jodi paused and looked around. Shinbashi, perched on her head as usual, had fallen asleep. Jodi decided to go look for Hank.

Hank nodded and ran back over to Jodi

"Hey sorry just meet up with an old friend." he said

Ah. Brings back memories of school, when I had to sneak on in the mornings while waiting for my carpool to come...:p And BTW, I finally figured out how to start the fanfic!! Wootz. X3

"Okay." Jodi nodded. "Well...should we be going, then?"

Hale stopped well into the wilderness outside of the city and released her Lucario.

"It is happening, then?" Trynitie asked, communicating via telepathy.

Hale nodded. "Yes. You were right." As she resumed walking she added, "And you can stop smirking like that."

Hank walked out and meet up with Chaos.

"Where's Shadow?"

"He said that him and his mother would head right there once he got her." Chaos explained.

Jodi was snapped out of her thoughts as someone roughly elbowed past her.

"Hey!" she protested, turning to face the person.

"You might want to watch where you're going, kid," the Galactic Grunt mocked. "It's not a good idea for little children to cross a grown-up." With this he disappeared.

Jodi gulped and started to shake visibly as memories came flooding back. What he'd said...it had been just like when...

Yang jumped out of his Pokeball and slammed into the Galactic grunt.

"YOU!" Chaos growled the grunt whimmpered "You...tell your boss that he won't be succeding in his plans." Yang nodded

Wasn't the Grunt long gone? Or did he run into Chaos somewhere else?

"Tryn, we're going." Hale stood from her spot and set off.

"We're going already?" Trynitie asked.

"Yes. I want to get there early..." Besides, she added silently, if there's even the slightest chance that I can see what my mom is up to...

When he was running he ran into Chaos.

"OI! Jodi you coming?!" Hank shouted back at Jodi. Chaos got Yang off the grunt whom scambered away.

"Oh...um...r-right." Jodi returned Shinbashi to his Pokeball and ran after them. "Coming!"

Hank and Chaos nodded and ran off.

'This time Cyrus...you will see the error of your ways!' Chaos growled in his head. Strangely Shadow was thinking the same thing.

Question: should we wait for a Celestic Town thread to come into existence, or should we just RP that town here?

Jodi ran after them, determined to put an end to this. But she couldn't help but wonder something--what was so important about Celestic Town that somebody would want to blow it up?

I'll set up the topic. Also whom is Hale's dad or is that a mystery? Also meet me in the Celestic Town Topic.

Okay. And Hale has no idea who her dad is...actually, neither do I, to tell the truth. Why?

Chaos sighed and set Jodi down on a fluffy armchair, and walked over to the counter and gave Nurse Joy Koh and Ruko's pokeballs and then walked back over to Jodi.

Jodi had started to shake uncontrollably. A terrified whimper escaped her throat.

Inside her Pokeball, Berri sensed what had happened. She let herself out and stood back on her hind legs, resting her forepaws on the edge of the armchair as she worriedly watched Jodi. Her tail twitched nervously.

Chaos sighed and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Shhh it's ok" he soothed.

Berri looked worriedly at her Trainer. "She never had an easy past, even in the time before she left to become a Trainer..." she said quietly. "Jodi always tries to be so brave, but with everything she's experienced it's no wonder she's so emotionally unstable..." A tear ran down Berri's face before she could stop it. "...but all the same, she's just such a great person," she said brokenly.
