Aw shucks.... gotta go to bed... :-(

Suzaku stood up and kept searching the aerial area. Suddenly, he spotted a huge, grey, metallic bird Pokemon diving towards him and Jeromaru at an unbelievable velocity.

"THAT!" he cried before diving out of the Skarmory's way.

The Skarmory screeched as she just barely passed over the two *Pokemon, and rose up to the skies again, sizing up the situation.

"Aw crap, we REALLY need to get outta here! She's dangerous!" Suzaku cried as he got to his feet.

"The regular cave exit that's on the other side!" Suzaku cried as he dashed towards where the normal entrance to the peak of MT Steel was.

But he felt his back being fiercely struck by the sharp talons of the Skarmory as she had dived in for another attack. Suzaku was promptly knocked down.

Suzaku struggeld to get to his feet beause his back hurt from the attack. Pushing himself up, he began running towards the main exit to the cave.

The Skarmory then decided to dive at Jeromaru, her talons ready to grab him.

"Hard onto" should work.

The Skarmory quickly turned when she realized she had dropped her cargo, and landed on the ground, her steely talons striking the ground hard. "Now I got you!" she screccehd as she lifted one of her talons to pin Jeromaru to the ground.

Suzaku turned around at the voice of the Skarmory, and ran towards her to try and stop her.

The Skarmory grinned when she had her victim pinned. "It's not everyday I'll be able to get a treat as rare as this," she sneered, clasping her talons around Jeromaru's body to take off with him.

Suzaku was quickly nearing the steel bird Pokemon and tried to land a punch, but his face was met with a steel wing and he was flung back.

Ach... last post for tonight.

"Of course, little one," the Skarmory told Riolu as she flapped her steel wings to begin her ascend, "how fortunate for me that my supper arrived on itself."

Suzaku rubbed his cheekbone, feeling the ache all over it. "JEROMARU!!" he yelled, feeling dread overcome him. He couldn't do anything to help the Riolu, But there had to be something around here. Picking up a random rock, he tossed it towards the Skarmory.

The small rock his the Skarmory right under her eye, causing her to flinch slightly while airborne. She jerked her head to the direction to see where it had come from, and narrowed her eyes as she spotted Suzaku looking up at her. Keeping eromaru in a firm grip in her talons, her beak formed into a smug grin as she hovered in front of Suzaku.

"You think a small rock will stop me? I'll be back for you later!" she said before she once again flapped her steely wings to take off.

"YOU WON'T!" Suzaku cried as he leapt up and grabbed the Skarmory's metallic tail feather to weigh her down.

"Get off, you..." Skarmory growled as she tried to shake Suzaku off her tail.

Suzaku refused to let go, but the Skarmory's maneuvers made it hard for him to maintain his grip. "Let him go, you rustbird!"

"Fine then, I'll START WITH YOU!" the Skarmory screeched loudly as she let go of Jeromaru. She then did a few loops in the air, quick enoughto force Suzaku to lose his grip on her tail. As Suzaku sailed helplessly in the air, his eyes widened when he saw the Skarmory's jaws close in to him. A second later, the metal bird had caught him by his upper body in her teeth.

Suzaku cried in pain.

Aw man, got stuck in a movie last night. =(

Suzaku wailed as the teeth slowly pierced further into his skin, feeling the warm, slimy tongue licking the blood that was pouring out from his back as he was trapped in the Skarmory's mouth. Desperate to break free, Suzaku began frantically hammering his fists on her beak, trying to force her to let go of him.

That only caused her to sink her teeth even deeper into him, causing him to let out a choked cry before falling silent. As she ascended, she noticed the Riolu was still hanging onto her talon, and decided to take off with him as well.

Jeromaru seemed to realize that either the skarmory didn't care if he held on or she didn't notice him. He highly doubted the latter.

The Skarmory flew off the top of the mountain and flew towards one of the sides, and on the mountainside there was a portuding rock ledge which had a nest on it. She descended towards it, hovering slightly above it as she loosened her bite on Suzaku. Knowing that Jeromaru still held onto her talon, she wiggeld said talon o shake him off so he would land in the thorny nest before she landed.

After all, there was close to no escape either up, or down fom the ledge.

Jeromaru fell heavily into the nest favoring his arm as he fell.

The Skarmory firmly landed on the stony ground, opening her mouth to let Suzaku fall into the nest as well. "Now," she begun, licking her beak, "this serves as a rich meal."

Despite the pain of the bleeding wounds, Suzaku tried shuffle away from the looming Skarmory, but he only ended up getting tangled into the thorns. "Ugh...." he whined. "....I'm sorry, Jero... I... I shouldn't..." He coughed once.

Jeromaru weakly got up and tried to hit the Skarmory with an Ice punch.

The Skarmory was not anticipating the attack, therefore catching her off guard. She toppled over after losing he balance and rolled into the rocky wall.

Suzaku looked weakly at how Jeromaru had surprised the Skarmory, but he wasn't sure if he was going to make it. "...I... I'm stuck," he croaked, realizing that if he moved, the thorns would cut into his skin.

Jeromaru knew that attack couldn't have knocked the Skarmory out, but he moved to Suzaku, using his one good arm to try and free him from the thorny nest.

Suzaku managed to get one arm free from the thorns, and used it to push away some of the thorns. He grabbed Jeromaru's hand and clenched his teeth, bracing himself for the pain that would ensue when Jeromaru would pull him out of the thorns.

Jeromaru started to pull Suzaku free from the thorns.

"nngggaaAAH!" Suzaku cried as the thorns cut up new wounds to add to his previous. But he got out, and that was one plus.

However, Skarmory's shadow loomed over Jeromaru from behind. "So, there's some spunk in you after all?" she hissed.

Jeromaru jumped from fright when he heard the Skarmory, almost falling over himslef to get out from so near her.

Not wasting any time, Skarmory charge dup her right wing so that it was glowing white and used a standing Wing Attack on him.

Suzaku closed his eyes with fright, unable to do anything,

A lucky stumble helped Jeromaru to dodge the attack. He was afraid for his life.

Skarmory widened her eyes. She was losing her temper, and directed her attention fully at Jeromaru. "Stand still!" she screeched, trying another Wing Attack.

Jeromaru just barely dodged this one as well, knowing full well that he barely had the strength to stand.

"Grr..." the Skarmory growled. She flapped her wings, starting a Gust attack.

Suzaku tried pushing himself to a stand while Jeromaru was dealing with the Skarmory, but he couldn't find the strength.

Jeromaru was blown off his feet rather easily, falling to the ground again.

Skarmory smiled slyly as Jeromaru fell backwards of the Gust, and quickly made a hop forward to pin him to the ground.

"nng..." Suzaku uttered as he managed to get up on one knee. "Come on, Jero... you can do it."

Jeromaru couldn't get up fast enough as the talons pinned him roughly to the ground again.

"YES!" Skarmory screeched in victory as she quickly wrapped her talons around Jeromaru's body. She lifted him up slightly, balancing on one leg. She was about to swing him back and forth and toss him upwards, and then catching him in her mouth. "Now it's your turn be chewed, little Riolu."

Suzaku, still on his knees, tried to find someting that he could use against the Skarmory, and found a small pebble. He tossed it towards her, hoping to distract her. But the pebble just bounced off.

Jeromaru screamed out in pain as the crushing talons covered his body. He then passed out, going limp in her talons.

Skarmory tossed the Riolu upwards, and then opeend her mouth, ready to catch him and bite down on him.

"No..." Suzaku thought with grief. "No..."

Jeromaru's unconcious body was flying ragdoll like through the air.

Skarmory caught the Riolu in her teethed beak, biting down lightly.

Suzaku couldn't take it anymoe. All the pain the Skarmory had caused to both him and Jeromaru ,and now she was going to finish the Riolu off?

(Well, I can't really post to that now can I? Add a little more please...)

Suzaku got into a rage, powered by all the pain and sufering he had been through. He charged up power in his fist, closing his eyes so he owouldn't see Skarmory beginning to chew Jeromaru.

"NOOOOO!!!" he roared as he dashed towards the Skarmory, giving her a hard Mach Punch to her side, causing her to drop Jeromaru and sumble towards the edge.

But that attack had taken too much out of Suzaku, and he promptly fell down in the ground next to where Jeromaru had been dropped down.
