Aaw!! I really think I might cry! I still remember staying up super late on chatzy (we're talking 4am) with Stu and Angel and we named MGSG. It was a tie between that and Purple & Sunshine... I think Stu reserved that domain name, too, if I remember properly! And B is right-- we are no different from herpes, so don't go denying it!! You can keep taking that Valtrex medication all you want, but the disease is with you FOR LIFE!!! That's Getty love for you :)

OMG, Pocket Edward is hilarious. I may have to follow him. He's definitely more interesting than my husband on twitter. Where do you get a Pocket Edward? He can hang out with my Chewbacca - who has some serious weaponry I think will also fit Edward - not that he needs it or anything.

Its sucky to the Nth degree that Stu couldn't get MGSG back, with all of the AWESOME stuff we had in there, but honestly with the way things had progressed, our lovely Getty forum was being tainted with all the negativity that S3 engendered anyway...so I'm looking at this as a new start, kind of like as if my house burnt down. We've all got our pictures and our fics which can be re-posted, and most importantly US. So, we didn't really lose as much as it seems like, I'm thinking. : ) AND this is the perfect way to bring Gio back, without having to involve syphilitic Betty (and by that I mean S3 Betty) very much. Plus look on the upside...no smug lurkers (not naming names)...this lair is and has always been under radar. So we can...re-group.

Stu tried her best and has been whining to me all week about what problems its been causing (and will probably continue to do so this weekend in NYC: )...time to give her a break. Its ok, Uley. I'll listen. That's what Getty matches are for :D

Oh, man, I've been missing in action in a big way this week and look at everything that's happened. How nice there was this alternative watering hole available for awhile, but I can't wait to have the new forum to hang out in again. I'll definitely miss the old one, a lot of great posts we won't see again. But ultimately people and relationships are what really matter, more than things. Even things like words.

No, they never made an El Wray action figure -- which doesn't make much sense because he and Cherry were the main characters. Why make an action figure of Quentin's character and not Freddy's?! :(

After being chastised by Nena (LOL), I have realized that I totally would buy a Pocket Gio/El Wray. Not only would I carry him around in my purse, I would take him out frequently to stare at him. Stu's coming up to DC for vacation and going to NYC while she's here, and she pestered me crazy about coming down to see her :D So now she plans to torture me by taking me shopping for clothes I *really* wont fit into...And we fully expect to act like 12 year old girls at a sleepover the entire time. And yes, we'll take tons of pictures! Junastu takes NY by storm!! :D
