Joe KidExodus is a great song, and it was awesome that your teacher had the privilege to play with those guys. It's a big deal for me as I am an avid Bob Marley (& The Walers) fan. | #251 Jun 19th 2009, 3:50am

Prince KibaYeah, I love Bob Marley, too. I even got my baby sister a CD with Bob Marley song renditions for babies on her 2nd birthday. XD Next January, I'm getting her a real Bob Marley CD, though. [: | #252 Jun 19th 2009, 6:57am

Prince KibaYep, it's for the best. ;) I don't know yet. Maybe "Mellow Mood" or something. | #254 Jun 20th 2009, 6:58pm

Joe KidWhat about "Legend"? Hey are you a Mudhoney and/or Soundgarden fan? They have some great songs. Try "Touch Me I'm Sick" and "Black Hole Sun", both great songs. | #255 Jun 22nd 2009, 11:46pm . Edited Jun 23rd 2009, 1:04am

Prince KibaMaybe. It all depends on what I think she'd like best. I haven't heard a lot of Soundgarden, but yeah, I like them. Never heard of Mudhoney, though. *has now listened to songs* "Touch Me I'm Sick" has a cool fuzzy feel, lol. I think the drums are going a little fast, though. I don't think it goes well with the song. Oh yeah, I've heard "Black Hole Sun" before. Weird music video, I gotta say. Also in the music video, she was spitting out white ice cream as he was singng "Won't you come"... XDDD | #256 Jun 23rd 2009, 6:53am

Joe Kid"Touch Me I'm Sick" has a cool fuzzy feel, lol. I think the drums are going a little fast, though. I don't think it goes well with the song. Really? Personally I like the drums. Oh yeah, I've heard "Black Hole Sun" before. Weird music video, I gotta say. Also in the music video, she was spitting out white ice cream as he was singng "Won't you come"... XDDD Yeah, that's kinda disturbing. XD Hey did you hear that Michael Jackson died? When I heard about that It really took me by surprise. | #257 Jun 25th 2009, 7:48pm

Prince KibaAww, yes. I'm really sad Michael died. v_v I would've loved to meet him, haha. He died from cardiac arrest...so I'm assuming stress got the better of him. I mean, all the fame and hate and rumors and stuff... And it's not like he was unhealthy or anything; he never did drugs and shit, he was pretty healthy for a 50-year-old. It's sad, but I guess that's the fate of the best, huh...? At least they'll play a lot of his music for a few weeks, though. (: | #258 Jun 26th 2009, 7:15am . Edited Jun 26th 2009, 7:16am

Prince KibaI personally didn't think he was that great. He just kinda advertised things with a loud voice. People are already making videos for YouTube about their deaths, I've noticed, claiming there's a conspiracy or stating who's going to be next and shit like that. - -' | #262 Jul 02nd 2009, 9:33pm
|
|
Joe KidMaybe it is a conspiracy... Well, it could be. Did you hear? Alice in Chains are making a new album, just downloaded the new single, "A Looking in View", it's fucking awesome, I'm definately buying the album when it comes out. | #263 Jul 11th 2009, 10:48am

Prince KibaOh my God! You're alive! :D And I apologize for my recent inactivity as well, lolol. I'm vacationing in Canada. Now people are all saying they think Michael Jackson was murdered... Geez, they just don't know when to quit, do they... I like Alice In Chains, but I've never listened to a whole album. I want to sometime. | #264 Jul 16th 2009, 8:11am

Joe KidAnd I apologize for my recent inactivity as well, lolol. I'm vacationing in Canada. Yeah, I've been pretty busy recently, too. Canada, which province you visiting? I used to go to British Columbia over the ferry every now and then. Now people are all saying they think Michael Jackson was murdered... Geez, they just don't know when to quit, do they... Yeah, they should just let the guy rest in peace, if I ever died I would never want the world making a fuss, that's one of the reasons I never wanna be famous. I like Alice In Chains, but I've never listened to a whole album. I want to sometime. Yeah, There's Facelift, Dirt, Alice in Chains (Self titled album) and they're releasing Black Gives Way to Blue in September. They've already released one single which I told you about. They're not the same without Staley, that's for sure, but they're still a kickass band. | #265 Jul 17th 2009, 4:51am . Edited Jul 17th 2009, 4:52am

Prince KibaCanada, which province you visiting? I used to go to British Columbia over the ferry every now and then. Toronto. It's where I was born. ^^ What'd you go to BC for? Yeah, they should just let the guy rest in peace, if I ever died I would never want the world making a fuss, that's one of the reasons I never wanna be famous. That's definitely a downside to being a household name, but I wouldn't not be famous just because of that. When I think of all the people I'd inspire and how many people I could elate...well, that's why I want to be famous, because I know I can do that if I try hard enough. Yeah, There's Facelift, Dirt, Alice in Chains (Self titled album) and they're releasing Black Gives Way to Blue in September. Which album was their first? | #266 Jul 17th 2009, 3:14pm

Joe KidToronto. It's where I was born. ^^ What'd you go to BC for? Just for holidays and what not. The ride was just a couple of hours. Which album was their first? Facelift, that list is in chronological order. Dirt was there breakthrough album, though. Also, did you know that Layne Staley (Lead singer of AIC) died on the same exact day of Kurt Cobain 8 years later? Both in Seattle and they'd both overdosed on heroin. Those are some amazing coincidences. | #267 Jul 28th 2009, 3:40am

PARTY IN SWEDEN'S PANTSWhat's up. Since you're so dedicated to me, would you mind posting a lot more in my forum? I think it would be really cool if it was in the top ten on the 'General Forums' list. So how much of your life do you spend completely obsessed with me? My ego may inflate even further, depending on your answer. | #268 Jul 28th 2009, 8:31am

Prince KibaWow, that really is unbelievable. I didn't know that. Oh, but I heard some AIC on the radio the past week, and I liked most of their stuff. I like the kinda slow, grungy feel. Lol, Erin, go away. | #269 Jul 29th 2009, 1:29pm

Joe KidYeah, what I also like about AiC is their diversity, their music ranges from grunge, to more of a metal style and also acoustic as well. Heaven beside you is a great song by them. | #270 Jul 30th 2009, 11:11pm . Edited Aug 01st 2009, 8:46am

Prince KibaA band with diversity is always great. Even if you switch to a different mood, you can still listen to the same group while enjoying it the same amount! XD | #271 Jul 31st 2009, 9:06pm

Joe KidYeah, that's why I love a lot of experimental bands, but I do like it when some of them go back to their original sound. But all bands change with time. | #272 Aug 01st 2009, 8:48am . Edited Aug 01st 2009, 8:49am

Prince KibaMetallica needs to go back to either their thrash sound in Kill 'Em All or their dark sound in the Black Album. Their new style sucks to me, to be honest. Death Magnetic was not one of their better installments. ): | #273 Aug 02nd 2009, 9:10pm

Joe KidYeah, not much compares to that album. I fuckin' love "The four horsemen"! Have you heard about "Probot"? It was Dave Grohl's (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) metal side project, they released one self-titled album. Features a lot of great metal vocalists, some obscure and some more well known (Like Lemmy). It's just an all around kickass album. | #274 Aug 04th 2009, 9:31pm
|
|
Prince KibaI fuckin' love "The four horsemen"! It's a good song, but to be honest, I prefer Megadeth's version "Mechanix". It's also the original. A lot of great metal vocalists...? What do you mean? Did Dave get random frontmen to sing his songs or something? | #275 Aug 04th 2009, 9:54pm
|
|
Joe KidA lot of great metal vocalists...? What do you mean? Did Dave get random frontmen to sing his songs or something? Not exactly, It's pretty much a collaboration of a bunch of metal vocalists and guitarists etc. It's a must have for fans of classic metal. | #276 Aug 05th 2009, 12:00am

Joe KidI've never heard of that, is it an anime? On another subject, my sister's birthdays in 6 days, no idea what to get her. (No disney, she definitely has enough disney shit.) | #278 Aug 10th 2009, 7:19am

FRANCE WILL RAPE YOUOf course it is! It's only the best parody anime ever created, you silly try-way-too-hard failure~ I recommend it to all the people I know. I do love my obscure manga/anime and how few people know about them, but it's nice to be able to talk to someone about it~ | #279 Aug 10th 2009, 6:59pm

Prince Kiba...Yeah, what Erin said, lul. Pfff, haha! You should get her something that would be sentimental. Girls really like that stuff, for whatever reason. So maybe take a few pictures of you and your family, put them on a black backdrop, space them out a bit & laminate it. She'd probably love that. | #280 Aug 11th 2009, 2:12pm

Joe KidYeah, her birthday's today, so I sent her some perfumes and stuff. I didn't know what kinds to buy so my GF had to help. I'm excited, 'cause the new single from black gives way to blue comes out tomorrow. I heard the live versions, It's gonna kick ass! | #281 Aug 16th 2009, 10:09pm

Prince KibaI wanna get L Fragrance so badly. XDD Even if I never use it, it will always remind me of L. ♥ I just realized what a good AMV I could make with "Black Hole Sun". =/ | #282 Aug 17th 2009, 2:43pm . Edited Aug 22nd 2009, 10:00am

Prince KibaIt was only a little over $10 at the site I saw it at, haha. Hi~ Welcome to Konoha. Matt, the admin, doesn't come here anymore, but I'm still around. I'm sure you get this a lot, but what exactly did you make your username "Chocolate Flavored Condoms" for? Do you like blowing chocolate sticks or something...? kakashifan9KAZUHIKO INOUE. (Kakashi's seiyuu.) His voice was an addiction to me at one point. I went crazy a while ago and looked at any anime where he voice acted. I even have some downloaded songs from him. lol Something about how laid back his voice can be is really awesome. And I love the sarcasm he can add in to his roles. lol | #289 Sep 26th 2009, 7:30pm
