Blizzardpoint stirred. This dream again. A black cat circled her. Then it attacked. She readied herself for the hit, but it never came, there was a blur of silver, then she woke up. It was the same dream every Monday night.Short, she knows, but mystifying. What did these dreams mean?

He padded over the the entrance of the camp, and sat down quietly. Shadowfire waited, and waited, and waited for at least two more cats to come of Dawn Patrol with him up to the border of AquaClan territory.

FlowerBud woke up,startled.She looked around.

"OK....just a dream....I'm not in the water...I'm not dieing..."She said to herself.

As FlowerBud walked out,she noticed ShadowFire sitting at the entrence.

She sighed,"Why does he always wait on us?...ShadowFire!I'm up!"

"Will you come on patrol with me?" Shadowfire meowed, drawing a paw over his ear giving it a quick wash. "Then we need an apprentice to come as far as AquaClan territory."

"Sure...but I dunno where they are..."

"Alright, I'll go fetch one." Shadowfire turned around and padded off the the apprentices' den.

"Fine..."FlowerBud said,turning to look out the entrence.

Shadowfire silently padded into the apprentices' den, and motioned towards a fluffy white cat. "Sugarpaw, wake up, we're going on patrol," he silently scolded

Sugarpaw's eyes fluttered open, and she saw Shadowfire standing at the entrance. "Alright, hang on,"

The fluffy white she-cat stood up and shook the moss from her fur. Then, she followed Shadowfire out of the den and over the where Flowerbud was.

"We're all ready," Shadowfire meowed. "But we need to tell someone that we're going on patrol, since it is pretty early in the morning."

"What about Firepaw?" Sugarpaw suggested

"Maybe not. We should tell a warrior," the black tom murmured

FlowerBud sighed,"And I'm ignored..."

ShadowFire rolled his eyes,"That's the 19th time you've said that this week..."

FlowerBud stuck her tounge out at ShadowFire and turned her back to him.

SugarPaw smiled,"Cheer up Flower!"

FlowerBud winced at her 'nickname',"Please don't call me that...."

Sugarpaw glanced up with a worried look. "Why, is there something wrong with it?"

"Oh, ignore that, Sugarpaw," Shadowfire grinned. "She's just playing around!"

"No she isn't, I can tell!" Sugarpaw pouted

Shadowfire smirked. "Ok, then, I'll call you Sugar!"

Sugarpaw's eyes widened. "No, that'll ruin my reputation as an apprentice!"

"That's what Flower here thinks," Shadowfire meowed. "Everyone'll think she's a kittypet."

"My name is Flowerbud, and that is what I shall me known by!" Flowerbud glared at Shadowfire.

Shadowfire's smirk grew. "Ok, then, we'll call you Flowerpaw!"

"I haven't been de-ranked for your information!!!" Flowerbud glared sharp rocks and Twoleg monsters at Shadowfire.

"Whatever..." Shadowfire looked around as if he were innocent.

FlowerBud blew some of her fur out of her face and smiled evily.

"I'll call you ShaSha now!"

SugarPaw giggled,"Cute nickname!ShaSha!"

FirePaw shook her head and sat up.

"Why didn't ShadowFire wake me up?!"

She scrambled out of her Den and ran up to them.

"Why...didn't....you....wake....me....up?"FirePaw asked.

VineSpot woke up do to the nose everyone was makeing.

"Why must they disrupt my sleep?"He muttered,shaking some moss from his coat.He padded outside and towerds the bickering cats.

"Quiet down..."He growled.

FlowerBud jumped and hid behind ShadowFire.

"Scared Flower?"ShadowFire teased.

FlowerBud remembered her position and moved away.

VineSpot sighed, Why doesn't FlowerBud tell him already?

SugarPaw looked around,"Isn't Viney a Warrior?"

"Yes,I am,and don't call me Viney..."VineSpot said quietly,glanceing to the north.

He's think about her again... FlowerBud thought,looking at VineSpot.

"No way!" Shadowfire glared at Flowerbad.

"Well, Flowerbud and I agree, so why not?"

"Then I shall de-rank you!" Shadowfire smirked.

"No, you're not the deputy or the leader." Sugarpaw retorted.

"Er... I was going on patrol and Sugarpaw just happened to wake up." Shadowfire responded. "You can come if you want."

"You didn't answer me!" Sugarpaw reminded.

"Nobody cares," Shadowfire muttered.

Flowerbud ficked Shadowfire in the back of the head,"Answer her!"

Firepaw sighed,"You should have woke me up!And I wanna come!"

"Ok, sorry, I will next time," Shadowfire said.

"Shadowfire, can she come on patrol with us?" Sugarpaw pleaded.

"... Sure," Shadowfire meowed, "But let's hear what Flowerbud has to say first."

Flowerbud noded,"OK..."

Flowerbud stepped infront of Shadowfire,"I'm Deputy,so I'm gonna lead this patrol!"

Shadowfire rolled his eyes. "Whatever, Deputy Flowerbud," he joked.

Flowerbud growled lightly and paded off,signaling for them to follw.

"So, which way are we going?" Shadowfire asked.

"Way?" Sugarpaw asked.

"Yes. So, Flowerbud, should we patrol RainClan border, head up to Twinfalls and then head back down the LeafClan border past Running Brook?" Shadowfire explained.

"I'd try RainClan.You know that they've been trying to steal some of our territory!"Flowerbud said.

"I think I know why..."Firepaw muttered to herself.

"Ok, let's go," Shadowfire said, following after Flowerbud.

Sugarpaw managed to hear Firepaw, so she edged closer to her denmate. "Why?" she asked quietly, soft enough so Flowerbud and Shadowfire couldn't hear.

Flowerbud stopped and scented,"Oh god..."

She bounded ahead to find RianClan cats scent-marking THEIR territory.

"Because Th-...Huh?"Firepaw started,turning towerds the bounding Flowerbud

Shadowfire growled and sniffed the scent. "It's fresh. They must've been here to steal prey!"

"Let's invade their territory!" Sugarpaw threatened,

"Sugarpaw, we can't fight a whole Clan with four cats." snapped Shadowfire.

"But we will once we go back to the Clan to organize a party!" Sugarpaw responded.

Flowerbud said nothing and bounded ahead to find RainClan warriors.

"What do you think you're doing?!"Flowerbud screeched,jumping at their Deputy,Lightclaw.

"I THINK we're taking territory!"He snarled at her,throwing himself at her.

"What are you doing, Flowerbud? If you enter their camp we're doomed!" yowled Shadowfire.

Flowerbud ignored him,and scraped her claws agenst Lightclaw's right eye.

Firepaw watched the fight with Sugarpaw,growling at the apps from RainClan.

"If you say so," Shadowfire meowed, leaping on a RainClan warrior. Sugarpaw rolled around with one of the apprentices, signalling for Firepaw to attack lean tabby she-cat app she was fighting with. The pure white she-cat apprentice leaped on Sugarpaw's back, and Sugarpaw rolled over and slashed at the tabby apprentice's belly.

Howling in pain, the warrior Shadowfire was battling with fled off into the bushes and into the river, swimming to their side of the border. There was still one apprentice left. "Quick, Firepaw, attack!" Sugarpaw urged her denmate to attack the app she was restling with.

Flowerbud snarled and sunk her teeth into Lightclaw's neck.

Firepaw jumped at the 2 wresteing cats and slashed the enemy's muzzle.

The app Sugarpaw was wrestling fled off into the bushes. "Nice job, Firepaw!" Sugarpaw commented.

Lightclaw yowled in defeat and ran.

"Thanks..."Firepaw said,blood flowing from a scar on her flank.

"Let's organize a party and invade their camp!" Sugarpaw growled.

Flowerbud sighed,"We can't do that..."

Firepaw nudged Sugerpaw in the side,"She's right..."

"Aw, that really sucks." Sugarpaw cried. "Well, we can just alert them at the next gathering."

"We could,if Steelstar decides to take us..."Flowerbud said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Sugarpaw sighed.

"I know he's gonna take me or Oakpelt...it better be me because I'm the best!"Flowerbud continued on with her 'I am better than Oakpelt' speach.

"I hope I can go, too," Sugarpaw cried, "and we must warn the leader of RainClan about his warriors stealing out prey!"

"Thanks, Starlight!" Sugarpaw purred.

Flowerbud stopped her speach briefly to give a nod to Starlight.She then continued on.

"I mean,he's SUCH a Mouse-brain!I asked him to bring me a mouse,and he brought me a starling!I mean come ON!"Flowerbud ranted.

Firepaw giggled,"I know why you're doing this..."

"Why?"

Firepaw's grin said it all.

Flowerbud blushed lightly,"No!Nononononononono!"

"Wh- Oh, oh..." Starlight and Sugarpaw let out a mrrrow of laughter.

Flowerbud glared the the She-Cats while blushing,"You know that will NEVER happen!"

Firepaw giggled,"I thinky you is wrongy..."

Flowerbud was less then a tail-lenght from clawing Firepaw's eyes out.

Starlight burst out laughing.

Okay, I seriously don't remember which Clan Sugarpaw is. I'll go check.

*giggle*

Flowerbud let out a low growl,"Shut...it..."

She was blushing red as blood.

"Flowerbud, you've got blood on your cheeks," Starlight laughed.

Flowerbud let her fur cover her face,"..."

She then tackled Starlight angerly.

Starlight merely dodged. Her hyper-active personality made it easy for her to bounce around everywhere at a super-fast speed. That was her specialty when it came to battling with other Clans. Her Clan was at an advantage.

Flowerbud then sighed and paded up to a tree.She leaned agenst it in a fit of annoyence and embarrassment.

"I think we should leave her to rest," Starlight said.

"Oh, okay." Sugarpaw meowed.

"Well, I'll go out hunting." Starlight said. "The fresh-kill pile just needs a few more pieces of prey before it can be full and good enough for everyone to have a piece of prey to eat."

Great...I thought I could trust Firepaw with that secret,but I was SO wrong...now Sugarpaw and Starlight know...Flowerbud thought.

I don't know what I made Sugarpaw and Starlight say. Who are we talking about, anyway? As in, which tom cat? Oh, and now I know that Sugarpaw is definitly in SnowClan -.-` I have to make myself remember next time.

Starlight walked out of the camp entrance and into the forest. She heard a mouse scuffling under some leaves, so she dropped into a hunters crouch and sprang on the mouse, killing it with one blow of the paw. She dug a hole and burried the mouse. She would come to get it later. The tabby warrior then walked off and down to the Twolegplace to find some nice birds. She was in luck when she was some Starlings. She dropped into a bird-hunting crouch and puncing on a bird, then killed another with her paw. She then picked up both of them in her mouth, dug up her mouse and carried them call back to camp.
