I agree, Peter/Niki just doesn't work. You could tell in 5YG that they didn't really have anything.

However, I dislike Peter/Claire. She is a teenager even if you pretend they're not related.

My favorite would have to be Peter/Caitlin. They really should have developed her character more, i hope she comes back.

But if they decide to leave her in the netherworld, I like Peter/OC best, because you can do more with it, and it doesn't have to end tragically. I never write it, but it's what I read usually.

On a side note, I never liked Peter/Simone either. I don't know why. She was better with Issac

I suppose I'd have to say, my least favorite is Slash, but I won't go into that.

Altogether, Peter is a tragic character. The one he loves always has something bad happen to her. What do you want to bet, there's a new girl in season three that dies or has something equally unpleasant happen to her?

Peter/Claire is just wrong, he is like so much older than her plus he is her uncle. I liked Peter/Niki but only when Peter seemed more evil it wouldn't suit the side of him we know and love. I like Peter on his own because i get jealous. i know i can never have him but a girl can dream can't she.

I agree with you all the way about Peter/Claire. Maybe I didn't like Peter/Niki because I don't like evil Peter, but it just seemed forced, as if they were only pretending to be in love. I kind of like Peter alone too, that way he has fewer distractions. He gets so distracted all the time. I don't think he's quite found his place in the world, maybe when he does, the right girl will come along.

My favorite would probably be Peter/OC. I've written a story of my own with that coupling. Her name is Phoebe, so definitely Peter/Phoebe. I've also read some other fics that do an awesome job of writing a Peter/OC 'ship. There's so much you can do with that. Other than that, I'm pretty much on the same page as Shakespeare'sLemonade. As usual.
