One insane night on RL/Skype, discussing packages and postcards, SCV had the brilliant idea to recreate The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, only with a journal.

The idea would be that RKC would buy the journal and send it to Gilly. Gilly in turn would send it to SCV, who would send it to Turtle. Turtle would ship the journal to Rosie, and en fin, Rosie would send it to RKC, thus completing the circle.

The circle should end with RKC having the book in November. Providing this works out, Honda Cubie and Charli will be in the next cycle.

It's still a trial run, so we're testing it out with 5 people atm. If we can make it work, we'll start adding people, starting with you and Honda.

Sure thing Cuba - it would have to be after the trial runs. Along with Honda and probably Charli as well.

We don't want lots of people with it though, otherwise it won't work logistically. You would theoretically only have to give your address out to two people, who you're getting it from, and who you're sending it too ;)

Charli, my dear, assuming that this all works out, you'd be in the second round of the sending. This is because we don't want the first round to be too big for a trial run.

Pinky - if you want in, you'll have to go to Rosie as you only live three streets apart, it would work for someone to logistically send it to you, then onwards.

Austrailia will be involved (and, hello, Gilly is an Aussie... theoretically, by the time it gets to her a second time, she'll be back home in Austrailia, therefore it'll be cheaper for people to send).

As it stands at the moment:

Alice - Gilly - SCV - Turtle - Rosie.

We estimate that assuming I can get hold of the journal quickly, and is able to send it off that the circle could well be completed by November time. The second round will also have a limit on the amount of people included, and currently stands at 9 I believe. I think, for the moment, that this is my capping limit.
