Soda...

Soda was the son of a famous Pop Diva and a business man who worked with Rokakku. They were from America, but moved to Tokyo after Soda's father signed a contract with Rokakku Industries and his mother was scheduled to play multiple concerts. They moved into a penthouse suite in the SkyScraper District. Soda made quite a few friends, whom he would go out to 99th Street with when his parents were out. One night in 99th Street, Soda and his friends were seduced by Rapid 99, only to be mugged by them. Soda became a rudie when he came to the realization that his parents had no time for him. He had also learned about Goji's big plans for Tokyo and didn't agree with them.

Noise Tanks (JGR version)...

The Noise Tanks on Benten-Cho were not nerds, but swift techno-geeks. They lived, breathed and sleeped techno. Heck there favorite music was techno electronica. After being the butt of every joke at Benten High, the Noise Tanks dropped out and decided to create their own gang. At first they tried petty crime, starting with a blackout that effected all of Tokyo. Eventually they found that crime wasn't for them. Watching the news, they learned a lot about graffiti vandalism. Donning mechanic suits, gas masks and night-vision goggles, they became the Noise Tanks. They even created robotic arms to help with their nightly runs. Beware of NT-3000, NT-2000 and their leader, NT-1000.
