Topic: Looking For A Certain ShepWeir Fic
Hi all - new to the board - been lurking for about a month - sucking up as many ShepWeir fics as I can. Read one a few days back - no idea how old it was and can't remember who wrote it. Basic storyline - John and Elizabeth offworld. Something happens, he's injured, wakes up back at Atlantis and no-one on the Atlantis team can remember Elizabeth. It's like he's the only one who knew she existed. Anyway, the last part of the story I can remember, he's figured out what the problem is - involves an Ascended Ancient who honors the wishes of people who want to forget their loved ones when the loved ones die so they aren't in agony. He realizes where Elizabeth is, goes back to the offworld temple and is digging trying to find her.

Gosh - hope this is enough to spark someone's memory. I may have read it here or on the adult fanfic site. But, since I don't recall any "adult" content in the story, I'm thinking it was here.
