Topic: What is the correct term for 'Drift Racing'
I read the blog topic 'What car can drift?', which gave me a few laughs and, with those laughs, some respect for GTSilverShadow, but, since this was 'sort-of' argued about by GTSS and Colonel Marksman, I want to know-What is the correct term for 'Drift Racing'. Would it be touge? I looked up touge on wikipedia.org and this is what I got:

Drift racing does not exist.

Drifting is a subjective sport based on point of view with actual speed and time being a non critical factor.

Racing is a contest of speed, fastest car wins.

Therefore what you're asking is rather impossible, however in rally and some touge drifting takes places asa form of chassis control to aid the driviers in the pursuit of speed.
