I love the jonas brothers stories as much as the next person, but there's too many in the 'Camp Rock' section. Shouldn't there be a seperate place for them?

Well, according to FF.net rule, there isn't even allowed to have real people in stories. So unless the JONAS fandom is made, all of the stories are illegals.

I already sent an email to the fanfiction staff about it. Cause it's really annoying when you go looking for a camp rock story and can only find Jonas Brothers ones. Not that I have ANYTHING against them, it's just annoying :P

Emailing the staff is not going to do anything! Just bear with the rest of us for a few more months until the JONAS tv show comes out!

I worked ** my stories! Ill move One-Sided Gunshot to the J.O.N.A.S Category, and the story, Thats Just the Way We Roll ( its a new series im working on) will not be moved from its spot! Im not moving Finding a Place in This World, Fear, or Thats just the way we rolll series FROM THEIR SPOTS!

I don't want to offend anyone, the stories are great, but the Camp Rock readers can't ever find the stories :P

I agree ! I also don't like the fact that they attacked the A Cinderella Story fandom and flooded with Jobro fic. And despite warnings in reviews I don't think they will listen.

I have been working on my jonas fic for a while and now I cant post it. I could wait till J.O.N.A.S gets put in the tv section but I would like to post it now. Anyone know of anyother Fan fic type sites?

Lexilesitrock, there's a Jonas community open on livejournal now. All you have to do is copy and paste each chapter to your (newly created I suspect) LiveJournal and link it to the community. You're breaking the rules and while I support Jonas and any type of RPF, I'd prefer you post it in a place where it won't potentially get this site sued.

There are plenty of hard working authors who wish to continue posting way outside of your Jonas Fandom. Please be considerate of them and consider moving your story to the community. It's linked on my page but if the link doesn't work: http://community.livejournal.com/jonasrpf/profile

As long as you follow the rules I've set there, you and other authors can continue to create your stories LEGALLY. (please add a disclaimer, I beg of you)

I think you're mistaken in hoping for the JONAS section. I have been coming here for years even though I just joined as a member. I have read forums from multiple categories, ones that have a Jonas problem (A Cinderella Story for starters and then Disney and every Disney show that either featured them or a Disney actress they have dated like Demi, Miley, or Selena). Many times those people said "go to the camp rock section when it comes out".

Well, now they have moved in and pardon me if I don't find it a tad ironic that now the people in the Camp Rock section want them out and moving to a new section. They keep on getting shuffled.

This can't go on. We can't just keep telling them to move from section to section. Telling them to move to JONAS won't solve the problem or decrease the risk of getting sued. They need to get off this site or stop writing about the real JB on here out of respect for the site.

For those worried about JONAS, here's something that might cheer you up and help you weed out legal and illegal work. The show has the brothers playing exaggerated versions of themselves in a band simply called Jonas. They go by the last name Lucas. If the writers of stories in the section stick to that last name and the other bits of information within the universe the show will create, barring an AU every now and then, they will have legal stories. But if they use the name Jonas or write about the brothers making the show those will be illegal.

As for things like the Jonas Brothers switching universes with the Lucas Brothers of Jonas, I am not sure about that entirely.

AU is one thing, but it's just another form of plagerism. If I write a HP story, but change the names to another series, I'm simply stealing Rowling's world and Rowling's characters.

If all Jonas stories that are centered originally AROUND THE RL BOYS move to a site where it's ALLOWED, then the people who honestly want to write about JONAS won't have issues. I'm sure they'll notice the OCness from the characters.

I won't have a big problem with the JONAS stories since I sort of despise the fact that they've managed to get their own show (way to ** yourselves out there JoBros) but it's just annoying to still filter the HM section for Lilly and Miley just to find Nick and Miley. Ugh. If we get ALL JB centered stories off the site, not JL stories, then we'll be on the right path.
