crying..again...there's always someone crying..I sighed as I climbed out of my sleeping bag, another rough night, and we were no closer to being free, luckily no one else slept near me, I reached for my rifle, I had to patrol, as usual, someone has to keep these poor people safe...atleast...nothing happened to me, I was one of the lucky few...but I dont think it was worth it...Rocket Labs aren't the nicest places...my name is Jean Morley, and im a changling

Akemi shifted in her bed, trying to cover her ears from the perpetual weeping. She opened her eyes a tad to see someone walking out with a gun, patrol, and the girl who was crying. She was right next to her.

"Sshh sshh..." She mumbled, and the weeping faltered for a bit. "You're all right now. I can promise you that." The girl opened her eyes, which were bright red. "Are you new?"

"Kinda." The girl said through hiccups.

"And you are? I mean, you don't have to say it if you don't want to, but it helps."

"I don't even know." She was brimming on tears again.

"No no don't cry, please. But you're not alone anymore." She reached her hand out of her sleeping bag and touched the other girl's face lightly with her palm, and she fell asleep almost immediately after that. Akemi drew her hand back into herself, stuying it for the fiftieth time that night. Her nails were as usual, still about a foot long and steel-like. That goddammed demon taught her how to do that and then took off, and now they were stuck. She sighed and clenched her hand lightly to slide it into her sleeping bag, then tried to get comfortable.

what was the world coming too? pokemon turning on trainers...this was mad..I walked to the entrance to the hideout, where a man with light blue skin stood guard, I heard he had a lucario or something "Hey Chuck...im taking over get some sleep" well atleast he's wearing cloths again..the entrance to the hideout was basically a big gate disguised as a rock wall, we had some pokemon on our side, apparently their trainers were okay with it, I never had a love, I wouldn't be able to connect, atleast they do a good job at keeping the pyschic pokemon away..I sighed and sat down in the look out's chair, and slowly loaded the rifle, we were going to live through this one way or another

The familiar click of a rifle echoed over Akemi's head as she tried to sleep, alebit unsuccessfully. She rolled over one last time and then gave up, showly getting out of her bag and climbing up to the lookout post. "I'm hanging with you again." She announced, quietly.

"Fine if you want to kid..." she pulled a cigarette out of her pocket and lit it up "You want one? I probably shouldn't be but it calms the nerves.."she couldn't help but stare at her hand "So what happen to you? You have a Zangoose or something?"

She waved the ciggarette away. "Nah. My story's a bit strange, even by your qualifications." She smiled. "But you can hear it if you want."

"sure go ah- *she was cut off as she began to cough violently, she calmed down a few minutes later* Im sorry...years of torture and cigarettes do that to you....but go on with your story...

"Well then." Her eyes glazed over a bit as she began reminiscing. "I wasn't changed to be like this by anyone in a lab, and it wasn't painful either. It was actually something I learned to do. This girl taught me how. She had really long white hair, like down to her waist long, and I found it peculiar that no matter what we were doing it would always stay perfect. Everything about her was perfect. I think I'm bi now because of her." She laughed a bit. "But I was an idiot and trusted her completely, so when she started talking about how there was this little magic that I could learn I jumped on it. I don't think we did anything else for almost a year. And one day, I finally got it. I was able to do this." She waved her fingers around a little. "That was when she took off. I was so excited I didn't notice she was gone till I couldn't get them to go back to normal. People back home thought I had been turned into a pokemorph, so I was kicked out, to put it nicely."

"well kid..that sucks..." she took a long drag from her cigarette "everything in this world sucks...its' a wonder that not many people commit suicide.."

"It could always be worse. I could be on fire." She looked kind of strangely at the lady once she mentioned suicide. "Don't."

"What you dont want me to do this?" *she fitted the gun's barrel in her mouth* BANG!! *she chuckled as she pulled it out* "Who knows maybe I will..."

Akemi shifted her weight away. "Yes, that."

"Hey kid why dont you do me a favor...go grab my pills, they're next to my sleeping bag..if you think im bad now just see me without them!"

"Sure, why not." Akemi descended from the roof to go get these pills.

"The blue ones with the red R's on em! Make sure you grab those" she sighed as she lit up another cigarette "good kid...a little strange...but good..."

"Blue, red R. Blue, red R. Blue, red R." Akemi fumbled through the bottles till she found them, then returned to the roof.

"Hereya." She tossed them up.

"Thanks kid..." she sighed as she swallowed one "Consider yourself lucky...all you have wrong with you is that hand.."

"Both hands. And you'd be amazed how inconvenient they are." Akemi smiled. "But I know I got off lucky. I'm just waiting until I start mutating into something else."

"Tell me when you start...I mean by the looks of you, you've already started to!"

"Haha." She smiled despite that, and poked one of her fingernails though her companion's shoes. "But this part sucks when trying to do things with my hands."

She sighed in comfort as blood came out "That feels really good..."

They sat there in silence until a guard came to relieve them "Nice talking with ya kid.." she sighed as she climbed back into her sleeping bag, it wasn't long until someone had come up to (Your character, cant remmember her name)

"Hey, dont mind her...she's just a bit...strange in the head, listen I was wondering if you could help us, we were going to go on a food run and well..by the look of your hands you would pass of as a slave..."

Akemi rolled her eyes. "Thanks. But sure." She turned around, and was a bit shocked. The girl behind her was absolutely stunning, shorter than she was, and had long, white hair...

Her expression suddenly changed to one of supressed rage. "What are you doing here?"

Akemi heard the guard cock a gun behind her "Who are you and how did you get in here?!"

She muttered back to Kainda, "Apparently you're supposed to be here. Get me out of this somehow, please."

OOC-I think you two just had a misunderstanding. Wolfie said someone comes up to (your character, i can;t remember the name), meaning someone comes up to Akemi.

Maybe the two of you could compromise on what actually happened?

"O ya umm...watch for Jean...she likes to umm...bite...bye!" the man rushed off to a group of men dressed in camo who were all carrying guns, some of them had obviously been with a pokemon, the man gave them one more salute before rushing out the entrance

Akemi took the post under the chair where the girl she was talking to before had sat, and cast strange looks at anyone who walked by.

Akemi laughed. "No, I'm not evil. I didn't even know she was a demon. But I did get these," she held her hand out, "From her."

"wo cool!" he cautiously reached a hand out, and touched her nails "cool..."
