Akemi walked in, halfway in a strut.

"Yo." She tossed the pistol she had borrowed over the table, and stuckher rifle in the band across her back.

Another figure entered the room a moment later, long coat swishing behind him. "Delivery for you." He said, tossing a cliche rough, bloodstained brown bag onto the table.

A man wearing a ragged-but well kept uniform peered up from his seat.

(This is taking place on a rag-tag armada bound for Kanto...okay? Read my character profile for more details)

"Excellent. We're approaching our desitination quickly. We'll be landing within two days. Then we'll have our revenge on those bastards..." The man growled.

(I don't know if you saw my previous post, but... look at it.)

Adam sighed.

When was this damn invasion coming?

He'd been trapped in the Johto countryside since this started. When were they coming?

"Good." Sam said simply, absently twirling one of his multitude of knives.

Akemi pulled another pistol out of her belt, which was smaller and shinier than the one she had returned, and checked it over for the fifth time this hour. "It's about time." She popped some bubblegum.

Sam's eye twitched at the popping sound. "Could you please not do that?" He asked irritably, absently polishing his own gun of choice, a Korean-made high-powered "Precision Rifle," an easily-modifiable sniper weapon capable of easily picking off targets at 500 meters or more.

(( Cue shameless ripoff of my fourth favorite gun in Crysis, after the SOCOM Pistols (DUAL WIELDING PISTOLS YAY), TAC cannon (Nuke-grenade launcher YAY!), and, most importantly, the Gauss rifle (Incredibly powerful electromagnetic sniper weapon of utter pwnage YAY!) ))

"Just did it once." She rolled her eyes. "Besides, it's just gum."

"Well, it's annoying." Sam snapped, slotting a round into the rifle and attaching a laser sight and sniper scope.

Akemi laughed in the form of a breath out her nose, but kept the gun in her mouth. Kainda was quietly surveying the guns on the wall, then suddenly started talking.

"That one."

"What?" Akemi accidently said out loud, then slapped a hand over her mouth.

Kainda didn't take any notice. "The really fatty pistol. Get that one"

"O-o...kay?" Akemi didn't get the logic, but she rarely did.

((In the main RP, I'm about to join up with the armada, so that's why I'm posting in here. Cool or no?))

"I didn't say anythinmg." Sam replied, not knowing the question wasn't intended for him.

"Sorry wasn't...wasn't talking to you." Akemi got a minute and pulled herself together, making a mental note to not talk to Kainda out loud. Some people just wouldn't get it, but she didn't know what the hell she was going to do when the pills in her belts, now effectively disguised as bullets, ran out.

Sam nodded, and went about checking his other weapons.

Akemi might as well ask now. "Hey...is there a doctor on board?"

"Dunno." Sam replied simply. "If you're in need of field surgery, I'm qualified, but...."

"Bleh, no, not that." Akemi really hated everything about surgery, given the huge number of them she had to undergo. "I'm talking about a perscription only seen...with me, I suppose."

"Can't help you." Sam said simply.

"Damn." Akemi counted the pills left. Enough for a week, but what after that? She sighed and tapped her head gently against the wall.

Sam yawned. "I'm bored now." He announced.

"Good for you?" Akemi smiled, and felt the faint whispering of other voices in her head. Figuring it was too late to hide things from Sam now, she pulled out one of the pills, wiped off the paint that make it bullet-like, and swallowed it.

"Do I want to know?" Sam asked.

Akemi smiled. "Maybe. It would shed some light on why I need a doctor."

"Fine." Sam said. "Tell me."

Akemi sighed, happily. Here's the big test. "So that what I said before, I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to this girl in my head. I'm extreemly schizo, so I take near fatal doses of this stuff." She gestured to the belt. "They wouldn't let me in if they knew, I don't think at least, so I have to keep it somewhat a secret, but you seem trustworthy. There's one girl, Kainda, who still can talk to me after these pills, but besides her, there are thirty-three others. Basically, if I run out of these fat things, I go insane."

"Good lord." Sam said, blinking. "You sure you don't need a lobotomy or something?"

"Don't those eventually turn out in death? I'd rather not die, thanks. Besides, I've had my fair share of brain surgery."

"If you insist." Sam said, shrugging and going back to cleaning one of his long knives.
