Abilities: Shapeshift; Laterbos can also morph like a blob.

Personality: Sinister and Smart, also has a soft yet sinister side too.(Smart enough to talk the human speech in a Orochimaru like voice)

Special Markings:(Body structure of Latios)Is black on the torso, and has a purple arrrow like marking on chest. The wings and arms are black also. His forehead is black with a concealed third eye. His eyes are purple. Laterbos has a parasitic purple dark crystal attached to his back that makes root like purple tendencies to grow around his body.

Moves: Spirit Drain-creates a dark tentacle from the crystal as the source to absorb lifeforce.

Ominous Mirage-opens the third eye to create a terrifying mirage for the victim.

Manipulate-Controls the victim's mind by opening the third eye
