Kamakaze JazzyTopic: Standards - For You and Your Character
Just a few things you might want to know: 1. We don't tolerate bad grammar/spelling/punctuation. If you're not fluent in English then my best advice would be for you to find a different forum. If you can speak English, but not that well, we'll cut you some slack, but don't get sloppy with us. 2. Please ask for permission to do things. Roleplaying is as free as speaking out, but sometimes we want you to notify us when you want to join our characters on something. You never know what a Mod will have in mind plot wise, so just thought I'd let you know. 3. If I speak out against you, it's because I am fed up with things you are doing. This may apply to grammar, actual roleplaying etc. 4. If I reject your character, don't take it too personally. While I don't have a standard sign-up that everyone should model their own after, I do expect at least two lines in Appearance, Personality and History. Those are the building blocks to great characters. More will be added. For your character: 1. If your character becomes a Sue I will repeatedly delete your posts. If you can't figure out where they are going then maybe you should re-think your character a bit and add some flaws. Confused about what you need to fix? PM me. I'll let you know. 2. ONLY STUDENTS OLDER THAN 16 YEARS OF AGE CAN HAVE PHONES. Can I make myself clear enough? 3. If at all possible, please do not make your character a direct relative/friend of a canon character. I am slowly trying to phase the canon's out of all this... including claim a canon character. Sorry, but it's just getting way too hard and way too annoying. 4. Relating to the first standard a bit, if your character starts Power-Playing I will delete your posts. Like the first standard, just PM me if you need help. If you break the rules or cannot keep up with the standards I will not hesitate to ban you from the forum for a day. All bans are voted on between the two Moderators and myself. Thanks, and happy roleplaying. Edited on October 28, 2009 |
