That would be extremely sad! Especially if her husband did kick her out and her rapist got away!

I have a new idea for a fic. I may write it myself, but I have so many other fics going on right now, I really really shouldn't. So I'm offering it up. Here it is:

Alan (Aly's twin, Alanna's son) is a knight. He is sent on a mission with the Shang Cobra to Scanara, where the are to meet with some nobles who want to get rid of Maggur. She (the Shang Cobra) is blind, but she can see life energy as shades of white light. This happened when she was healed from a disease, and was god touched. She can see anything alive, and is a master at fighting. She and Alan become friends - and maybe something more.

This came to me when I was thinking of another fic I may write when Alanna asks the Goddess: "Why are all you gods so interested in my family?"

I always want to see more fics about Aly and Nawat. They're one of my favorite pairings but there aren't many fics about them.

Another idea is a story about Thom and how he falls in love. I read one of these once, and the author started writing the sequel but then they took them both down.

Here's my idea for a fic. I tried to write it myself but I doubt I'll ever finish it or post what I have done.

We've all read stories where Alanna goes to the convent and Thom the palace but what if both go but neither arrives? The two go to Maude but are told that it wouldn't work and go on their respective ways. Alanna then runs away and Coram breaks his neck as it says he would if Thom had been there. The two then somehow meet up and get trained. They could go to the Bazhir, the Rogue, Shang, etc.
