There's a worst fic ever contest for twific, but my friend and I were going to do a parody for the work together collaboration twific. Seriously, we just discussed it yesterday.

Our idea was to use all the cliche lemons in a fic for it. So if you guys want to make a parody fic, that would be awesome since that's our idea anyway. We can come up with something different for that contest since it's not meant for parodies anyway.

We’re looking for any POV, any pairing, any rating -- after all, it's high school and shit happens. If you want to write about dirty boarding school shenanigans, go for it. If you've had a hankering to relive your own glory days starring Edward Cullen, go for it. Give it your best shot!

Rules and Guidelines

Submissions will be accepted from December 15 12:00 AM to January 15 11:59 PM.

Entries may be Canon, AU, AH and of any genre (e.g., angst, humor, family, suspense).

Any and all character pairings accepted. ADDENDUM TO THIS RULE The pairing may NOT be a student/teacher relationship. There may be teachers in your story, but they should not be the central focus of the piece.

Entries may be from any character’s point of view, as long as they are attending high school.

Collaborations are acceptable.

Limit of one entry per author or collaboration group.

Entries must be between 2,500 and 10,000 words. You can go over, but please folks--don't go too crazy.

To ensure anonymity, entries must be new material, written for the contest, and must be able to stand on its own as a one-shot.

One-shots may not be expanded until the contest is over. (If you do choose to expand afterward, let us know!)

This is the theme of the story but here's how its going to work, RULES:

~Please keep it to normal pairings, Bella/Edward, Emmett/Rosalie, Carlisle/Esme, Alice/Jasper, ect.

~500 words or more.

~This can go either beta'd or unbeta'd, we are cool with whatever. But be careful because I am a total freak about spelling and grammar. Good thing I have other judges to keep me calm.

~This is a one-shot, but after we are finished judging the stories, feel free to continue to write them!

~The main setting is, Forks Hospital but you can throw in a different setting somewhere in the mix if you want.

~Please send all entries to my email and the link to them on Fanfiction.net or other fanfiction sites. My email is: also feel free to use it incase you have any other questions. Or you may email one of the other teeam members, we dont bite.

–The story must be original, written for this challenge, and not posted to any other fan fiction archive. Once the winners have been announced, all authors are free to post their stories to any/all archives.

Hey all *waves* I don't know if this falls in the realm of contest per se but January will see the Support Stacie Vampire Author Auction. The purpose of the auction is to raise funds for a member of the fanfiction community (truelovepooh on LJ) who is fighting breast and ovarian cancer without the benefit of health insurance. I'm never run across pooh in fandom but I'm pretty impressed that the community is coming out to support one of their own. I'll be up for bid (I believe bidding begins on the 15th). I'm offering a 2,500 word min fic in TB/SVN or BtVS wih pairings of your chance. My "special offer" is that for a truly excellent bid I'll break own personal fiction taboo and write AH Twilight if you so desire or jsut have a sadistic urge to see me suffer ;)
